Great location, very close to airport and city centre. Delicious food and exceptional service.

Nice hotel, is excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly and hopeful. food and drinks are really good big choice of food. A lot of swimming pools and one of swimming pools heated.Venera very nice person very helpful. I recommended for everyone this nice hotel.definitely, I will come back again.

This is our 4th visit, the staff are like family and cannot do enough for you, if any issue they sort straight away, food very nice lots of variety and something always available it’s the little touches for birthday anniversary that mean so much

the bed and blanket is very good the toom is clean out hot water pool is nice evry employers are smiling and nice behaviour the foods are delicious especially ghorme sabzi and iranian chef but the night plans is not so exciting in this season but finally we love it

I had been to 3 other Hotels in Antalya before, UALL 5stars, so camparing to those hotels I would give below review: Pros: 1-Room was big enough, clean, minibar charged as my request, pillows have so beautiful design. A big terrace, coffe maker... 2-Boho show by the sea was great 3-snack, barbecue and ice cream, coffee take away areas outdoor were great. 4- everynight therecwas dance show at the amphitheatre or imperal hall. 5-WC at the outdoor cooling system was so great, Towel station was located at a great place at the entrance to the outdoor pools. 6-The hotel was so family oriented, there were lots of children, kids club, animation shows for children.... 7-Lobby was big enough to have a rest before your tranfer comes. 8-The main restaurant was located the best place in terms of accessibility, next to elevators and reception at the corner of lobby. 9-AC at room works properly and you will never annoyed from heat in the summer. 10-There were lots of choices for sea food lovers or dietary habits. Cons: 1-Room: I had booked land view but I paid 200 USD to change it to Sea View which is high price comparing to othet hotels like Delphin Palace last year this time that I paid much lower price to change the room with sea view and it was a great full sea view and pool view at higher levels while in Delphin Imperial The Room was in 3th level, 3054, which had a partly view to the pool. As I paid 200 USD I expected better view. 2-At the cafe in the lobby everytime I ordered coffee, the coffee were poured under the cup which was not professionaly served at all. 3-Drinks and Beverages DEFINITELY HAS NO GARNISH AND DECORATION, while at Delphin Palace, Voyage Bekek, Haydarpadha hotel, drinks were decorated beatifully with items that was so lovely to take a photo with. Unfortunately, at Delphin Imperial Hotel, drinks were so simple, not even a simple decoration. 4-Comparing to Delphin Palace and Haydarpadha Palace, Delphin Imperial Animation team was under expectations, I could not even find where they gonna play games like shooting and... Since they also were responsible for playing music by the pool, the choice of songs to play was aweful: musics before 2010 with low volume was playing, rarely international, mostly not hit musics, while In other hotels They definitely were playing hit billboard songs from the same year with high volume so I had made memories with them.But in Delphin Imperial I did not hear any new song that I can mske a memory with, if you lay more than 15 meters farther from the animation station in the pool area, or by other pools, the music cannot even be heared! 5-comparing to delphin palace, the quality of luxury service like table sheets can be improved. 6-the music playing in the different areas was under my expectations, like in 3 of 4 salons of the main buffet, there was no Music playing!!! It was boring to sit and hear no playlist.... There was plenty of foods, but could have been better comparing to Delphin Palace. L

The hotel is very beautiful. There is a lot of things to do in the hotel. You have many pools and one of them is heated. You have a fitness center, spa, gaming room, cinema, night club etc. You will never get bored. The service is amazing. Especially at the restaurant, Merve was always ready to serve me some nice drinks! The food is really good, they have much variation! The only thing that was less, was the cleaning. There was still a lot of dust in the room and the mirrors were never cleaned. But I absolutely recommend this hotel !

We booked 2 rooms with double/twin beds. When we arrived we found ourselves in a room with single bed and a double. The guy at check-on desk said we needed to book rooms with "French beds" apparently thats large beds. The double means we only have 2 beds in the room regardless of size. Also we were being profiled by security every time we wanted to enter the hotel from outside. Others who looked like us were able to walk in without having to show wristband. Volkan the guest relations manager doesn't speak English so I couldn't raise my concerns. I spoke to guest relations guy who didn't have his name badge on and when I asked for his name he reluctantly said his name was Ali. Gorkem tried to be sympathetic with my concerns however Ali was adamant everyone was being stopped at the gates. I asked him to stand outside with me and watch how many they stop and he declined. He wasn't helping my situation as he was defending the actions of security. Poor service. Volkan refused me to have access to a duty manager to resolve my issues and now I'm having to write a review hoping senior manager's will review my concerns. Shame it had to come to this. Next time we will book Titanic as this hotel doesn't appreciate guests experience
