This hotel's rooms are terrible. I booked a room for 4 people, and the air conditioning couldn't even be turned on. I was upgraded to a single room, but the AC kept blowing out debris, which severely disrupted my rest. The hotel didn't offer any compensation. They still charged me $50 a night for such a room! The hotel even told Ctrip customer service there were no other rooms available, which was a complete lie – the rooms next door were empty. What a rip-off! Ctrip customer service actively intervened and compensated me with points, but the hotel didn't provide any compensation at all!

It's okay for one night, but it's very dirty and cold. There was no hot water. Breakfast was very meager, and the bed linen was dirty (it seemed like it hadn't been changed since the previous guests). The room was cold, and there were no blankets, only a sheet.

Moderate price range. Stains on bathroom commode and had to wait too long for hot water to come on shower. No greeting and less responsive.

Considering this was a last minute plan due to missing a flight thia turned out to be perfect. The host especially opened up the kitchen out of hours to accommodate for dinner after being difficult to get food at such late hours. He went above and beyond I'm so grateful for the BRILLIANT service and kindness it will be unforgettable 🫶🏼
