Now this is what you call a pool with a view! Picture perfect scenery, surrounded by rolling hills and forest. The hotel is gorgeous and has the most amazing spa facilities, my favourite was the secret jacuzzi in a 'cave' at the back of the salt room where the lights changed colours. They really take care of you here, 5* service whilst remaining friendly and personal. There's a daily programme of wellness activities and guided hikes. The grounds are very spacious and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing.

We fInish our Stay After One week....the Price Service/Quality Ratio is clearly Not good Service in Restaurant is Not Good at all Not Even worth a 2 Stars, Most guest complain Food is ok, Not up to what One could expect from that Range of Price Shuttle Service to Ski Ressorts is Not well Organised at all Be carefull if you fly to an AirPort nearby, Chancen are that you get forgotten The Feeling is Really that the Place is there to make Money only, which is conferier by employees who clearly are Not motivated The Place has Not got a Soul, an Identity SPA facilty is Limited Compressor to Others from the category, Swimmingpool is Even dangerous for Kids as Teiles are very slippery Very expensive for what ist is we do Not recommend it.

We spent a few days in this hotel at a very, very high price compared to other 5 star hotels in South Tyrol, even in the most renowned valleys. We expected a very high level of comfort and service, consistent with the price. The banal breakfast buffet, apparently rich but of medium quality. The bread that in South Tyrol is found in different qualities and types even in 4-star hotels, here only in very few types. Even the restaurant, nothing exceptional. The impression we had was of a high offer in the face of the obvious attempt to save costs, which in a hotel of this type is not acceptable. Even water, asking € 4.50 for a bottle of water that costs € 0.45 at the supermarket, seems to me really too much, considering that tap water in South Tyrol is excellent. We had booked 4 nights at Alpenpalace. From reception to departure we felt very comfortable. Bright and comfortable room, super delicious and varied food, both the breakfast buffet and the dinner a culinary highlight. The two swimming pools are also very nice. The outdoor pool is heated and therefore a place to relax and feel good even when it's cold outside and of course to swim :-)! We always enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool as dusk fell. Furthermore, the entire SPA area with a wide variety of saunas is very varied for wellness lovers. We found the relaxation area, which was very small and cramped, as a small drawback, as well as the size of the Finnish sauna with the infusion. What is particularly worth mentioning is the friendliness of the staff in the gastronomy and at the reception. Oh yes, if you come to ski, you can leave the car, because you will be driven to the ski area and picked up again at any time. Conclusion: We'll definitely be back, if not in winter then at a different time of year, because even if you're not a skier, you can let your soul dangle!

You can only give the hotel 5 stars. We spent 4 wonderful days here in mid-December. Starting with the great and very warm welcome, the room, to the wonderful massage and the great 7-course menu + gala dinner. Normally we only go to each hotel once, but we will be back here!!!!
