The staff was very friendly as well as other guests. It's location is perfect if your on foot. Just a few blocks in any direction there is mercados, street vendors, restaurants, coffee,ruins and cathedrals. We had a great stay. The only dow side to this hotel was the shower started hot and about 4 minutes i to it the was no hot water. Other than that it was perfect and quiet

Мы остановились здесь на 3 ночи. В номере неприятный запах. У нас была лишняя кровать и после дождя с потолка на неё натекло, а я выложила здесь одежду, которую сдавала в стирку. Стирка недорогая, но я сдавала штаны и кофту, потому что поскользнулась и упала в них, а остальные вещи положила, так как мешок должен был быть наполнен наполовину. Вернули эти вещи грязными. Они не пахли ни порошком, ни ополаскивателем, будто их просто полоскали в воде. Пришлось сдавать повторно. Штаны отстирали, кофту нет. Звукоизоляции нет, всё, что происходит на улице и в соседнем номере, слышно. Машину можно оставить бесплатно на улице перед отелем. Отсюда можно пешком гулять по главным достопримечательностям города. После того, как сдали ключ, хотели оставить вещи на ресепшен, а не в машине, но там никого не было. С улицы может зайти кто угодно. Пришлось грузить в машину, хорошо, что улица проходная и криминала нет. 2 из 3 сотрудников на английском не говорили. Холодильника, чайника и кондиционера в номере нет. Номер маленький. Шампуня нет, есть только жидкое мыло для рук у раковины. Цена номера низкая. Наверно, я просто забыла, что представляют из себя отели такой категории.

The place is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. However, we experienced several issues upon arrival. When we took a shower, the water varied from extremely hot (to the point of scalding) to very cold, making it almost impossible to bathe. When we contacted the staff, they explained it was a water pressure issue, but offered no immediate solution. Additionally, around 7:00 a.m., loud chisel and hammer sounds, accompanied by talking and laughter, began right outside our room, which interrupted our rest. This work could have been done at a more reasonable time. To top it all off, when we woke up, there was no water available in the room. We understand that inconveniences can happen, but the way they were handled significantly affected our stay.

The location was amazing, close to everything. The staff were nice, and the room was clean. However, the room I stayed in smelled musty, so I requested a room change, and they were very accommodating.
