The breakfast was delicious, I loved it! **Environment:** The hygiene was excellent. It snowed the day we arrived, and the courtyard was covered in thick snow, making for a beautiful view. **Service:** You can arrange a pickup from the station in advance. The driver was already waiting when we arrived, which was great.

The rooms, kitchen, and dining area were all exceptionally clean and tidy. The breakfast spread was fantastic! 👍 All the staff, both inside and out, were super nice. The B&B is at most a five-minute drive from the town center, and there's a lovely little woods right by the entrance, perfect for photos. All in all, I've already recommended it to my friends!

Hassle-free from start to finish! They offer a free pickup service from the high-speed train station. The breakfast selection was diverse, and the room was spacious with a dry/wet separate bathroom, and you could even watch TV. Overall, a great experience. It's only 1 kilometer from the scenic area and very close to Endu, which is a plus.

Worst hotel experience ever! I just have to vent about this! Who would have thought that staying at a hotel would involve being insulted, accused, and cursed at by a kitchen staff member—an older woman, no less! 🤬 The hotel is essentially a single building rented within a residential complex. The entrance faces the community courtyard. We arrived at 11 PM the first night, it was dark, so we didn't notice much. To get to our room from the parking garage, you have to go through the lobby, then outside, and then back in. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows, but you can't even open the curtains during the day! It's incredibly inconvenient! What's even more speechless is that to eat breakfast, you have to go all the way to the main hall, crossing through the snow! It's super inconvenient for kids to be out in the cold first thing in the morning, so we wanted to take breakfast back to our room. At the restaurant, you even have to get your own food from the kitchen! When we asked if we could take it to the room, they said no, fearing a smell! What kind of smell could a cold breakfast have? Are guests not allowed to eat in their rooms? If it really wasn't allowed, fine. But after I brought the food out, another auntie told me to ignore them and just take it to my room! So, I went back to get my things, and when the kitchen lady found out, she started yelling and ranting at me! I've never in my life encountered such a thing while staying at a hotel! She kept talking about smells and saying things like, 'I told you, and you just don't listen!' She lectured me for a long time. I honestly can't remember all the curse words she used! If it really wasn't allowed, I wouldn't have pushed it, but another hotel staff member had told me I could take it back to my room! This kind of staff behavior is just insane. Other hotel staff members were there at the time, and not a single one stepped up to say anything! A guest was being yelled at, and no one came to explain! Why didn't I talk back, you ask? What could I say? Should I have gotten into a shouting match with her? We're not so desperate as to argue with someone who has no manners! The breakfast was mostly cold. They gave me two steamed buns, and one was cold, but she insisted it was hot! There was nothing really edible for such a breakfast. Add to that such an uncouth staff member! I hope everyone sees this and avoids this place! This is my first hotel review, and it's also the worst experience.

The location isn't great, but the views for photos are lovely. It's quite close to the city center. The smart toilet wasn't very smart, and breakfast was just okay – perhaps we're just not used to it. The room was spacious, just like in the pictures.
