Jilin Province Changbai Mountain Atour Project

The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Plus, it had smart home features throughout and a gym, which made for an excellent experience. Definitely a great choice for a trip to Changbai Mountain!

The bedding at Atour is, as always, top-notch. What impressed me most about this stay was its incredibly close proximity to the scenic area. The front desk lady was very kind and happily agreed to my late check-out request. The congee was delicious; having a bowl at night helped me sleep so soundly. Despite being next to the road, it was surprisingly quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent. If you're visiting Changbai Mountain, some rooms offer a mountain view, and the sunset is absolutely stunning. Staying at Atour feels like the perfect match when you're in Changbai Mountain. After waiting four days, I finally made it up the mountain, which wasn't easy, but thankfully, the hotel made it all worthwhile.

The environment is great, and the lobby has a very stylish design. As soon as we arrived, the front desk offered us tea and even gave us a welcome gift. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and they even upgraded us to a deluxe king room for free. It's also super convenient for getting around, the location is excellent. Late-night congee: It was wonderful to have some congee after coming back from a night out.

This isn't my first time staying at an Atour Hotel, and I'm always extremely satisfied with their facilities and service. This particular one in Changbai Mountain was, as always, excellent. The room facilities are very new, and the location is fantastic – super convenient for getting anywhere. Whether it's dining in the city center or going to the Edelweiss restaurant nearby, everything is within walking distance. The hotel service is very thoughtful; they even offer airport pick-up.

The young man at the front desk was really enthusiastic and helpful. He added me on a messaging app when I checked in, and was always very responsive to any requests I had. My whole trip went smoothly, and I have a great impression of the hotel.

Facilities: Pretty good, and the room was clean. Cleanliness: Very good. Service: Excellent, very welcoming and enthusiastic. Breakfast: Not a huge selection, but what they had was to my liking. Key point: The hotel temperature was too high; it was sweltering, especially in the rooms on the inner circle. There's no ventilation, and being above the lobby, it gets noisy when kids are playing. Opening a window isn't really an option. Just avoid the inner circle rooms, and you'll be fine.
