酒店總體挺不錯的，有高鐵站接送服務，我們前一天住二道白河鎮，第二天打車去高鐵站讓酒店接到山上，聯繫管家提前寫好vip綠色通道的券。到了酒店寄存好行李，剛好趕上10點30上山的隊伍。長白山很美，這次很幸運看到了天池，體驗不錯

是老式酒店的風格，房間乾淨無異味，設施完善，且有免費洗衣烘乾服務，上山和泡温泉的衣服都可以及時清洗，非常優秀！酒店管家提前一天就聯繫幫忙安排行程，管家換班都會聯繫告知並且詢問是否有新的需求。臨走時管家還送了小禮物，生怕客人沒看到天池心情不愉快。情緒價值滿滿哦！考慮冬天再來了！

Excellent service from all the hotel staff especially xiao du , she help us to arrange the car for pick up services.. the breakfast here is the best among the hotel I have stay in Chang Shan, the facilities in the hotel is well equipped, you can spend full day in hotel to enjoy their facilities, do visit their ginseng souvenir shop, the price is cheaper compared to other places
