Our experience was wonderful. The hotel provided free, prompt pickup and drop-off from the train station. Once we checked in, they connected with us on WeChat and responded promptly to all questions we had. The hotel room was spacious and VERY clean. We stayed during the off-season, and they upgraded our room for free. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious. There were different types of indoor and outdoor hot spring tubs and pools which were conveniently spread out—some were bigger and some were smaller for privacy. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. Dinner was more expensive than other hotels we stayed at but still affordable.

The hotel is very clean, breakfast is delivered, and parking is free. It’s very convenient to go anywhere. There are various snacks downstairs. There is an old Korean restaurant in Korea. His Korean cuisine is very delicious. I have the opportunity to come next time. Also come to his house to eat.

I rarely write reviews. The rooms are very cost-effective, but what makes me take the initiative to write a review is the service of this hotel is so great! The best part of this hotel is the lady working on the VIP desk in the reception area. She was incredibly helpful with booking trips, taxis, and giving us ideas for things to do in the area! The hotel is nice except for people smoking everywhere. Is it really necessary to have ashtrays all down the corridors? The smell seeps into the rooms and it's disgusting. Check in was fine and they'll keep your bags safe until the room is ready. They also let us check in early which was awesome. Not impressed at having our passports taken away for 24 hours while they were taken to the police station. This was not communicated at all until much later. Location is good if you have a car. If not its a short taxi ride into town or a 30 min walk.

Hotel location is good, there are many tourists staying, the occupancy rate is high. It may be that the hotel is not staffed enough, and the receptionist has come up to clean the room. The shower room has no door or curtain, and the bathroom is full of water after taking a shower. Other aspects of the hotel are OK.

It was the first time for Southern Little Potato to visit Changbai Mountain. I originally wanted to book one of the two famous hot spring hotels, but time was too tight and there was no room, so I chose the old Dongwo Hotel. Dongwo Hotel arranged a super welcoming hotel. The lovely young lady came to pick us up at the station. Maybe it was snowing or some other reason. The high-speed train was delayed for more than ten minutes. The young lady waited patiently for us to arrive at the station. She felt very enthusiastic and heartwarming. The front desk of the hotel upgraded us to a suite, which is super large, well-furnished and very comfortable. The location is right in the center of the town. You can walk to various shops. It is very convenient to eat and take a taxi. It only takes a few minutes to take a taxi to the Changbai Mountain North Scenic Area Distribution Center. The hotel also provides a free buffet breakfast. You can go to the hot springs in the evening. Your hair will be frozen and your body will be warm while soaking. This experience is very interesting and a good experience. I feel the enthusiasm of the people in the Northeast. I hope the people in the Northeast will become more and more popular. good! ! !
