Anyan VIP Building Hotel

I usually don't write reviews, but this time I was truly dissatisfied. I won't stay here again in Anyang. We booked a VIP building, but if we didn't get a suite or family room, we would have been accommodated in a hotel across the street. Satisfied: It was definitely close to the Yinxu Museum and convenient to other attractions. The front desk service was good, and the facilities looked new. Dissatisfied: 1. This is a pet-friendly hotel, so some guests brought their dogs. They kept barking after 9 PM. I called the front desk and they said they went out to eat. It didn't quiet down until 11 PM. At 5 or 6 AM, there were car noises outside. It was a bit of a bummer! 2. When I checked the hotel platform, I found two hotels with the same room type with different prices. I was a little surprised. There was even a third hotel's name in the room, and I found a toothbrush cap left in the sink.

This stay was a perfect experience! From the warm and professional reception by Jialu and Jiayi at the front desk to the attentiveness in the details of the room. The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom facilities are brand new and smart, and there are thoughtfully prepared night lights and noise-canceling earplugs. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the freshly made pancakes and freshly ground coffee are amazing! The location is also very convenient, and the surrounding business district and subway station are within walking distance. The staff is attentive and responsive, and a souvenir was given when checking out. The price-performance ratio is super high, and I will choose this hotel next time! Highly recommended!
