Take the train from Jiaozuo Station to Anyang Station in the evening of 9/10. Anyang Jinjiang Star is on the left hand side of the station facing the road. You can arrive in 5-10 minutes. I arrived in the early morning of 9/11. I took the room card for a non-smoking room, opened the door and quickly closed it. The smell of smoke in the room was very strong. I asked the front desk to change rooms. The front desk asked me to check out with Ctrip. I went to look for a room by myself in the middle of the night and was told that the hotel had no rooms, but I disagreed (during this period I showed the front desk the anti-allergy medicine I had brought with me). I said it was okay to let me check out: you'll pay three for one, and you go and tell Ctrip that you didn't arrange a non-smoking room for me. It was Jinjiang Star's fault. During our argument, the hotel's security guy pulled the front desk aside. I asked her if the hotel could help us find a non-smoking room in the Jinjiang Group. After hearing this, the front desk asked us if it was possible. We said it was ok as long as it was non-smoking, so we contacted the nearby Seven Days Hotel chain under the group. First, I went to check out the guest rooms. The non-smoking double rooms were also approved. After returning to Jinjiang Star, I moved my luggage to the Seven Days Inn and was told that the check-in time was three days. I went to Jinjiang Star for breakfast in the morning. After breakfast, I went to the front desk to get the breakfast coupon for the next day. The front desk said that there was a room again today and asked me to check the room. There was no problem and I moved my luggage back from the 7 Days Inn. I checked 1008 and it was also a double bed room. (The hotel informed us that they would upgrade the room for us). There was no smoke smell, and there were no problems with the faucets, shower heads, and toilet water, so we agreed to move back. When Luoyang security guards and Anyang security guards cooperated with the front desk to deal with emergencies, one of them was making trouble and the other was actively handling them. For us regular visitors to Jinjiang Inn, we welcome the latter's approach and our experience during the next two days of stay was also great. Yes, breakfast is also good.

服務沒的説，有任何疑問前台都第一時間給出回覆和反饋，而且一直都很熱情，禮節也特別到位。很具有安撫性，給人安心的感覺～尤其是任姐，特別積極地幫忙，生怕有照顧不到的地方 衞生情況不錯，一進門就有香香的味道，很舒適的感覺，雖然桌子有點點落灰但是擦一下就好沒關係的。 這個價格有這樣的環境性價比很高了，堪稱超預期hh 不靠馬路這側很安靜，對於睡眠質量不好的人簡直是福音

很棒的酒店，乾淨整潔、設施齊全、居住舒適、服務周到。酒店坐落在步行街上，方便購物娛樂，晚上還有天際頻幕和人工降雪呢，出了酒店旁邊就有各種各樣的小吃店和購物街。特別要贊一下這家酒店對寵物友好哦，出去玩的時候服務人員還幫着照看毛孩子呢。

Traveling with family during the National Day holiday, the hotel where you stay is the worst experience. The location is not bad, it is more convenient to eat and shop nearby, but the hotel facilities are a bit old, the health is not satisfactory, and it is also wonderful to not provide free mineral water.

非常滿意，一共住了四晚。 1. 一進門立馬有人主動打招呼，幫我拿行李，前台全程面帶笑容 2. 我原房續住在攜程上付款後忘記跟他們説，他們第二天直接非常靈活地直接幫我辦了，並且在我準備回房時及時提醒我更新房卡 3. 房間的空調是自己獨立控制的！不是煩人的中央空調統一調度，想多暖就多暖 4. 走廊上鋪設了地毯，邊上沒有奇奇怪怪的凹槽，有效擋住多數行李滾輪的聲音和穿着拖鞋的腳步聲 5.全屋智能控制，電視可以投屏 6.位置實在是太方便了，就在文字博物館隔壁，鬧中取靜，路很平整，根本不用擔心有小區噪音（遠離街道，雖然在博物館旁邊但入口不靠近，也不會擔心被遊客聲音吵到的），附近很適合散步，也確實看到有不少本地人散步。去北大街萬達等地方衹有四公里，打車很快也很便宜。附近商店不少，可以找到許多本地人吃的店，叫外賣的話也很方便，機器人會幫忙送到房間。 當然，沒有酒店是完美的，以下提幾點（個人覺得無傷大雅）： 房間完全可以在門口位置裝個全身鏡 餐廳規模較小（旺季滿房時大概率要等位置或者跟人拼桌哦），早餐品種比較少（相比較大酒店而言，但絕對可以滿足多數人需求了），而且似乎沒有安陽特色的扁粉菜什麼的，有點點遺憾，不過送的海蔘小米粥真的很好喝。 房間打掃衞生時似乎沒有吸塵拖地（地上有一點污漬我幾天了看到還在），也不會幫你更換浴袍（我住了四晚，用過的浴袍丟在沙發上，沒有被更換），但缺的東西都有很好地補充，所以我不怎麼在意這點 説出來衹是覺得有人可能會在意。 洗衣房很小，衹有一台洗衣機和兩台烘乾機，淡季有時候都要等，旺季估計更棘手。 健身房更迷你了，衹有兩台機器撐撐場面，不過酒店規模不大，跟帶有完整版健身房的酒店不是一個路線的，所以提出來衹是擔心有人介意這點。 酒店的餐廳菜品還很少，衹能點固定的套餐，以後我相信會陸續增加的，味道真的很好！我很滿意 總體我完全願意給這個酒店打90分，強烈推薦
