Best Hotels in Anyar, Indonesia

Hotel services and cleanliness are great. Was here when it was the first day of Ramadan, so no restaurant was open during the day. Anyway anyhow, there's not much options for restaurants in this area. Just enjoying yourself in the hotel would be enough.

My family and I stayed at Shanhai Yang Yingda Hot Spring Resort on April1-2 2017. We stayed at the double-storey villa 539. When we traveled to Anyer. We expected to see a nice beach, especially in star hotels like Shanhai Yang Inda Hot Spring Resort, but you won’t get it here. My negative review is: the breakfast buffet was poor food but ordered according to the menu and we didn’t eat anything. There is no hot water in the villa. The villa internet is poor and I had to call the front desk many times. The beach is full of rocks and corals. Positive reviews = The staff is friendly.

Check in is problem, we have to wait and the FO staff said, they are lack of manning. You can not say to client your minus in operation. it has to be dealt by yourself. The location of the hotel also at the side of the small brown water river. this is a minus.

The room is quite clean, in the room there is a refrigerator, water heater. Bathroom separate shower room & bathtub, shampoo soap, etc. The beach is the most important thing for me and my family. Sloping sandy beach, there are sellers of young coconut, roasted corn, snacks, can walk in the morning on the beach, swim on the beach, play with the children in the sand. The pool is a bit small but clean.

Very disappointing with the attitude of the marketing mother Rina who is not professional in taking care of the reports to cause unpleasant things & making it uncomfortable for us. The incident started when we rented a karaoke device of 300 rb/day from the resort when used at 22.00 evening, the hotel staff presented the karaoke time limit to death. We obey because it is a rule & so that it is not to disturb other residents, 23.00 afternoon, the hotel attendant will come again on the order of Rina mother will take a karaoke device for the reason of the rental time is out. This is what I am annoyed, there is no agreement to rent the limit until 22.00 wib & I used the karaoke device according to the karaoke time limit ... Because I was accused of disturbing other residents even though it was clearly passed from 22.00 win, I didn't. Karaoke & the two hotel officers who came to the villa know that ..... Ms. Rina, if receiving the report, check it first, check & make sure that the noise is not directly claimed & take policies that caused consumer inconvenience. is part of the asset/visa source for the hotel.
