Room is just perfect for 1-2 guests. Layout is modern ans functional. Free onsen, both indoor and outdoor. Free laundry machine. Free ramen at night. Free ice-cream. Free apple juice as welcome drink, and a complimentary apple jelly. Breakfast is amazing, I would highly recommend including breakfast with your stay.

I really like this hotel ！The staff there are enthusiastic and nice! I lost my card and they told me it’s ok, I really appreciate that. The onsen is also amazing , I could admire the snow and enjoy. And after that, I could have ice cream. The chocolate one tasted good! The only downside is that the pillow is a little high to me. I hope I can have chance to stay there for several nights!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Aomori Station, which can be tough with luggage if there's a lot of snow. The room was quite spacious, easily accommodating two open suitcases. I highly recommend the hotel's natural hot spring; it was very relaxing. The ramen served in the evening was also quite good and thoughtfully prepared. Breakfast was excellent and varied, a definite recommendation. Plus, there's complimentary apple juice and coffee available all day.

The environment in the self-service breakfast restaurant is exceptionally good. You can sit by the window and enjoy breakfast while looking out at the snow. Extremely satisfied with this chain hotel! The lobby is on the fourth floor, and both the service and facilities are excellent. They even offer Aomori's special apple juice. From the window, you can enjoy the seaside view of Aomori, and in winter, you can experience the outdoor hot springs. It's only a 10-minute walk from the JR station. Highly recommend!

The other room I booked was larger, but it was still quite compact, though at least two suitcases could be opened up.
