The location is excellent, very close to Aomori Station. There's a convenience store right downstairs, which is super convenient. The room on the lower floor was a bit noisy and the cleanliness was just okay. On the second night, I stayed on the 6th floor, which was much better, and the view was nice too.

Extremely clean, and it even has a huge bathtub! It's super close to the station, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also very convenient for sightseeing, as all the main attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommend! There's an underground fish market nearby too, which is really cool.

I traveled with my 2 kids, we booked a room with 3 beds, spacious for us, location is very near to station. They provided amenities like toothbrush, face wash, coffee, tea, coin laundry, Lawson on the 1st Floor, reception on the second floor.

Location of hotel is good not far from JR station. The hotel is just next to Lawson and is very convenient. A lot of restaurants around the area. The room is clean and neat. It’s a perfect place to stay for a few nights to explore Aomori.

Just 5-7 mins walk from JR AOMORI STATION, Staffs are very friendly. The 1st Fl. is LAWSON. I love there are Power Plug in the head of Bed.

The location was incredibly convenient. It was close to the station, and there was a convenience store downstairs, plus many restaurants nearby. The room was clean, and the amenities were excellent. It's really appreciated that they provided a full set of skincare products, as some hotels don't anymore. Although the bathroom showed its age, it was meticulously cleaned.

The room is clean . Location of property near to train/bus station, shopping street. First floor is 24 hours kombini. Walkable to A- Factory. Aomori is famous for its apple. Don’t forget to rtry some. I will come back again to stay in this hotel.

Did not check in because flight was cancelled. Despite producing proof of extraordinary circumstances hotel refuse to allow for cancellations out of goodwill. Entire holiday was cancelled due to flight.
