GGuest UserThe room was excellent – spotlessly clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The owner was so kind and even provided a complimentary upgrade. The surroundings were lovely, and all facilities were well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending for another three days! Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. We'll definitely be back!

LLayla.YI've always trusted Marriott hotels, and the room was excellent. At over 90 square meters, it was perfect for our family of three. We booked a two-bedroom suite with two bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with a garbage disposal, refrigerator, washing machine, and stove. The two bedrooms each had a large 2.4-meter bed and a smaller 1.5-meter bed. Each room had a beautiful window, and there was also a large living room and dining room.
The room was clean, the facilities were new, and the breakfast was decent, typical Marriott standards. The only negative comment was about the check-in staff, Lily Zhang. We were traveling with a child, and it was the father's birthday. We showed her our ID and asked if there were any special offers, but the front desk staff told us there weren't any. As Marriott members, we were surprised to receive no special offers for staying at Marriott on our birthdays, and even after asking, we were a little disappointed. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel and would stay again.

Their locations are consistently excellent, the ambiance is lovely, and the service is top-notch. It's also very convenient if you're attending a concert at Hangzhou's 'Big Lotus' (Olympic Sports Center Stadium).

GGuest UserVery good apartment loft, was easy to check in and also they were accommodating in upgrading us to a better room with a better view as requested, they were very friendly as well and everything was nice in the apartment, including having a sofa and TV, we connected our laptop to the TV and it worked, its very close also to the METRO station, line 19, I highly recommend this place if you want more of a home stay feel rather than a hotel, you will enjoy it more, all in all a great place to book if you are in Hangzhou for business or just traveling holiday. They speak English as well.

Pros: staff is nice,polite and helpful. They offer upgrade for more smaller room booking and arranged us to be on the same floor. My mom room was upgraded to an a lot bigger room with washing machine in the room, she was happy to be able to wash her clothes. The location is the main star of this hotel. It's right at the center of attraction , walking distance to west lake , malls, restaurant, and night market. The bed was alrighty for me, it's more towards the harder type which im ok with but the pillow is a little too soft. View from my room window is pretty nice as well. They have tour staff there when we check in. It would be good for people that do not have plan in advance as their price is quite cheap. But do make sure u research all the places that is stated before agreeing on the package. We misunderstood that the package includes tour to tea village, but it's actually some kinda tea center where we wasted an hour ish listening to ppl talking about tea and selling tea to us.
Cons: the hotel is hard to find as it's not actually a stand alone hotel building, more like a Airbnb style kinda hotel where a few hotels is in the same building. No card is needed to access the lift so, we do not feel as safe because anyone can just enter our room floor. They uses passcode for the hotel room instead of card which the password was send by the receptionist to the tour staff (not sure if he is the hotel staff or not) phone. We do not feel safe knowing someone else has our room password in their phone 😅 there is not lock inside the room, so we felt anxious about ppl might open our door and come in anytime. Room and overall building is not the cleanest even though they do come and clean daily as it's a pretty old building.
So in conclusion, if you book this place for it's location, then hotel is perfect and the price is reasonable for the prime location. But if you prefer clean and security it might not be the best options.

The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the staff are warm and friendly. The facilities are also very complete. The overall experience was great, I will choose here again next time.

Location-wise - moderately convenient, as it was a short walk to train station, shopping centres, tourist attractions, eateries etc. Good for working out all those extra calories from eating.
Service - the service staff were very friendly and helpful. As foreigners visiting for the first time, they helped lots! Thank you!
Facilities - Really made use of that washing machine, and the reception lady provided us with washing powder too! Plus a large balcony for drying the laundry meant that we didn't have to bring so much change of clothes.
Nice view of the lake and surrounding buildings..... watching the misty rain..... Morning came early, like 3am, where it was bright.......

LLee Wei Lun Another building that is away from the main front desk. It's an Airbnb, or u can call it an apartment hotel. Don't put too much expectation. In the room, they have washing machine in the toilet, showering area is cute cramp, they have a refrigerator. It's about 7 mins walk from the train station. Trip.com says the checkout time is before 2pm, but the cleaning lady said its 12pm. Nonetheless, I checked out at 1pm after the cleaning lady knocked on the door to say it's 12pm.
For this price, it's still worth staying for a night.
