Very Good
GGuest Userthe apartment was clean.
staff were very friendly and helpful.
facilities were basic but functional and clean.
the bed was comfy and fresh.
location was very good with restaurants and shops very close by.
The Internet was good with multiple channels on tv.
the shower was great although the bathtub was a little outdated with signs of wear but no big deal for me.
An ideal apartment for me with no frills and nothing spectacular but exactly what I was looking for as a base.
I would book this apartment again.
GGuest UserLocation was good, near to 2 metro lines that brings us to city center. Rooms were ok too but there was a very annoying beeping noise coming from the toilet non stop. Feedback to the whatsapp helpline, and they sent maintenance guy the next day, who came, and switched off the aircon, saying that the noise came from that. So instead of fixing the unit, they expected us to do without heater. Quite ridiculous coz the weather was still cold at night. They told us to close the toilet door, but still can hear it.
We stayed for 4 nites, and it was not resolved.
The free washer/dryer at block A was very dirty, so dont pin your hopes on that. There is a coin laundromat just 2 mins away.
Last thing, I have informed prior to arrival that we will reach early, few hours before check in time, and asked for storage options. They told us it is available but there is a fee to it, so we didnt thought to use it. On the day we arrived, have text the whatsapp for access code, but room was not ready so we waited outside the building for more than an hour. By the time we enter the building, realised that the storage system was actually free. The staff could have told us it was free, so we can put our luggage into storage and continue with the day, but instead we were left to wait for more than an hour for the room to be ready.
AAnonymous UserClose to the subway, but you need to take the bus to go to the main attractions.
Located in a residential area, back streets and alleys, the surrounding area is not a tourist area, it is still relatively depressed, and you should pay attention to safety when traveling too early or too late.
The room is not soundproofed, and you can hear the sound of water in other rooms.
There is no front desk or staff service. Email contact and the reply is very timely. Check-in is smooth according to the instructions step by step, and it requires high language communication skills.
But because there are no staff, the alarm suddenly sounded at 5 o'clock in the morning. I don’t know what the reason is. I don’t know whether it is a fire alarm, a ******** alarm or an earthquake. I rely entirely on my own judgment and no one dares to go out. No one has dealt with it until the alarm stopped by itself at 6 o'clock. It was a very bad and terrible experience, but fortunately nothing happened. No email was received later to explain this incident.
Luggage cannot be stored. It is said that there is a cooperative storage point, which requires a fee and some discounts, but the fee is unknown. It is still very inconvenient not to be able to store luggage.
There is no breakfast to be booked, and there are very few hotels around.
In short, the living experience is not good, and I will not live again next time.
The advantages are that the rooms are newer, the space is large, and the public space is also spacious.
NNadiaMI have stayed in many city apartments all over Europe, and I can honestly say Las Rambles has been my favourite, and I will always return here now when travelling to Barcelona. From the easy, calm check-in and friendly staff who took care of all our needs, i.e., booking taxi to airport, information on best restaurants and what to do when there. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and everything u could need for your stay. Location is perfect for every attraction within a mile walk. If u are going to Barcelona, this is the apartments to book. 100% . Thank u to all the staff for making our stay perfecto. We will see u again soon. Nadia & Robert
GGuest UserI stayed at Aparthotel Rambla 108 for five nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of La Rambla, making it super convenient to explore all the nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, quickly handling any requests we had. Our one-bedroom apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed. There was a faint sound of the train passing by, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. My family and I were thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and central stay in Barcelona.
SSequeira NThe place is quite big for a family. (we are a family of 5). Centrally located close to many attractions. The staff at the reception are very helpful and welcoming.
GGuest User4 mins walk from Train station, great location.
Rooms are not as described and the room pictures are not as shown. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people, as the booking details said including 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. However, we'd received a room that was missing 1 single bed, it ended up one of us needed to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed, which is not my initial idea when making this booking, we don't want to sleep in the living room!
As we talked to the receptionist, it was very disappointed that they were not able to make another arrangement for us!
Honestly, I would have booked the 3 bedroom apartment because we don't want to sleep in the living room or on a sofa bed.
Due to the incorrect room pictures, booking information and inappropriate arrangements makes this an unsatisfied stay.
EEd from TexasThe place was great. FYI: It's a one-room (not bedroom) apartment with everything needed in an apartment to cook - I would think great for an extended stay for a couple or small family with the playground literally right outside the front door. The guy at the front desk was super-professional. The only trick to to this place was the €350 deposit which Trip.com doesn't cover - they do warn you about it in the fine print if you are diligent enough to read it, which I wasn't 😥. So, I had to go to the ATM, pull out €350 in cash to give to them which they won't return in cash. They will do an international bank transfer which can be a bit tricky if you don't do many of those. The guy at the desk was apologetic & said he wished it wasn't company policy & now I know why! I have had to go back and forth with their accounting & my bank trying to figure out how to do international bank transfers & I still don't have my €350 in my bank account in Texas now almost a month later.

Check-in experience: You have to check in next to the train station. A taxi from the apartment costs 15 euros one way╰😤╯It is very inconvenient for people who move to a hotel. Fortunately we explored the place in advance, otherwise it would be even more annoying with so many bags. Although Ctrip wrote that you need to go somewhere else, it was indeed not very conspicuous, causing many people to miss their budget. And you have to wait until 3 o'clock to get the room card, which is a waste of time and money. The room terrace is in the back alley, with poor visuals, in sharp contrast to what you see in the pictures.
Hygiene:
1. Not long after we sat on the sofa for the first time, our thighs began to itch, so we didn’t dare to sit or put things on the sofa.
2. There were a lot of mites or bed bugs on the sheets, we were all bitten, and I also had 7/8 pimples on my face during this period. 😭
3. We didn’t dare to walk barefoot on the ground. We usually don’t have this problem when we stay in hotels. Our body’s conditioned reflex reflects everything.
You have to pick up and throw away your own trash. Otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
Geographical location: The only advantage is that it is on the side street of Avenida da Grazia and very close to Casa Mila and Casa Batlló. However, there are many good apartments nearby and the price-performance ratio is very low. I will not come here in the future.
