RRC CanchIt was not as bad as what other reviews said. If you are coming to Japan, expect that business hotels and hotels in general are small but compact and have all that you need. This space is big enough for 2 people. There's also kitchen where you can cook, microwave, ref and washing machine. Train station is 10-minute walk but there are nearby bus stations so it's not that hard to go around the city.

Cooking supplies are provided in the room, such as electromagnetic plates, microwave ovens, pans, woks and spatulas, dishes and chopsticks, as well as plastic wrap, aluminum paper, kitchen towels, dish soap and sponges. There is also an independent washing machine and laundry detergent provided in the room. There is a sofa and a small coffee table. The location is quiet yet prosperous, located between Tenjin and Hakata. It takes about 1 minute to walk to the convenience store. There are also many restaurants nearby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the railway station.

GGuest UserValue for money! Especially very good for Family of 4 pax to stay together. Just need to walk within 10 mins can reach 博多車站 shopping and dining centre! The room is spacious with a dining and sitting area. Clean, just a bit dusty in area near window. Washroom and bathroom is very clean and spacious. With all necessary amenities. Without staff for check in, better read clearly their email Instruction and do pre-registration, then will be no worry. Take taxi from airport there just under yen2000 and within 10 mins. Will stay here in the future.

AAliceHas been staying at Grand Base hotel at other cities and normally we will get the pre check in email very early before for advance check in, but we did not get any until the day of check in, it's ok for us because we are aware of the check in procedure. But maybe for those 1st timer, this will create a little chaos upon arriving at the hotel because they are not aware of the pre email and passcode to enter to the building. I suggest to send the pre email earlier to the customers. Other than that, all things are good.

GGuest UserClean and tidy, though not luxurious, the rooms are quite spacious. It's located in a quiet spot, yet incredibly convenient, being just a 5-10 minute walk from the subway. Be aware that the hotel's small sign is on an adjacent wall and easy to miss. Tenjin's dining and entertainment district is also within easy walking distance. The closest subway exit is Kawabata Exit 6.

HHenyThe room is spacious and neat. You juat need to walk abit to bus station or to hakata station. Around 10-15 minutes rides to airport cost us around 2000-2100 yen going in and out. We stayed at highest floor, 8floor. The noice is acceptable. To us the location is remote and quiet
The downside to us is the pillow is too soft eventhough we used 2 pillow. Since we only stay for 3 night not changing our towel and everything still acceptable. We clean the room by ourselves.
We surely will stay at this place again.

You will receive the passwords for the door and room in your mailbox 2 days before your trip, as well as the guest information that you logged in in advance when you check in. After completing it in advance, you can check in quickly! We are 5 people staying in the room. The size of the room is very suitable. There is a kitchen, washing machine, and detergent. It is very considerate. The clothes can be dried on the balcony in one day! Although there is no cleaning service, we can use the vacuum cleaner in the room to simply vacuum the floor, and it can be clean! The night view of the canal on the balcony at night is very romantic, and the morning breeze on the balcony in the morning is very comfortable. The canal is clean and has a holiday atmosphere! Check-out is 10:00, one hour earlier than ordinary hotels, and it will automatically remind you! This is a rule to pay attention to! Otherwise, you will be fined!

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying at an apartment-style hotel, and I was a bit apprehensive about the check-in process. As expected, I initially had some trouble getting into the room, but thankfully, I managed to get through on the phone, and with their guidance, I was able to access my room.
The room was spotlessly clean, and the amenities provided were very comprehensive, which was a big plus. For long-term guests, the in-room washing machine would be a huge convenience.
While a slight gurgling sound from the air conditioner was a little distracting, I was so tired that it didn't bother me when I went to bed, and I slept soundly.
I visit Fukuoka frequently, so I'd love to stay here again on future trips. Thank you very much.
