A spacious and modern apar**ent with sea view is the right way to enjoy a family holiday in Gold Coast. The two rooms do not disturb each other, and the living room, dining room and kitchen are open. After a day of playing, you can lie on two double sofas like Ge You, relaxing and comfortable.
The sea view is not satisfactory, after all, there is a certain distance, and there are many buildings in between. In fact, you don't have to spend money on the sea view. If you want a first-line sea view, you still have to choose a hotel next to the beach. In addition, there is a construction site next to it during the stay. After the work starts at 8 o'clock in the morning, you can hear a little noise. The sound insulation of the room is good.
The facilities are complete, the shower is powerful, the air conditioning is sufficient, the TV has Disney+ and Netflix, and the washing machine and dryer in the independent laundry room are very convenient. You can use the induction cooker to make a simple instant noodle supper, and it is also good to throw the pots and bowls into the dishwasher after eating.
Parking is convenient. Each apar**ent room has a corresponding underground parking space. You can swipe the room card to open the garage door and the garage elevator goes directly to the beach.
It takes five minutes to walk to the beach, but Broadbeach is really broad. The sea is vast in the early morning and evening, and the sky is high. Once you put the baby on the beach, the whole family will not get tired of playing on the beach all the time.
For breakfast, you can walk to the cafe on the main road 100 meters away. The convenience store is a little far away, so we usually go to the big supermarket near oasis to buy.
In terms of disadvantages, the daily cleaning is rather casual, and the floor is not even swept, just making the bed and changing the towels. In addition, there is a pillow in the master bedroom, which is probably because the previous guest's dog urinated on it and it was not cleaned. It always smells a bit of urine, which is a minus point.
The price-performance ratio is OK, and Ctrip booking is cheaper than booking, thumbs up.

11st_LoveEverything was great except the terrible weather and food outlets either all closed or terrible salads at the oasis carvery.
Plus side clean, great service, and the ribs at Fat Freddy's were excellent! Had to pay extra for car parking. View to the darling hotel and traffic noise as expected.

SSilvia L.We had a high floor xx-105 that is not exactly the rounded corner balcony but was still a great stay. The furniture and fittings are modern and non-frills. We love the branded soaps, the strong aircon, the convenient cardkeys, and the direct link to the ******. Everything is so convenient, i dont know what else to ask for. Oh, the ocean view is blocked, but we stayed at surfers paradise before this, so we are not exactly looking for that same view again. Goldcoast city view is also stunning.

She not only introduced the notice about hotel slowly to me (my listening isn’t very well haha), but recommended me the place that I could visit. What a lovely trip in Cold Coast.

MMaslenIt’s always a fantastic place to come. The staff are friendly, the residents are friendly and the views and rooms are very nice and homely. The indoor pool is also a bonus. I’ve been here before and I’m never disappointed to come back. It’s definitely my go to place to stay.

福福格格兒LilyThe location of the hotel is very good ❤️It’s convenient to go anywhere, lazily chasing a show in the room, ordering a takeaway is also very fast; going out to the largest Pacific mall in the southern hemisphere and just a few steps away (across the road); the other side leads directly to the beach and the park and scenery Excellent; there are many restaurants and supermarkets in the surrounding area. It is very comfortable to live in... I will stay next time.
