The hotel On Melo Alves pleasantly surprised me from the very first moments of my stay. It’s a modern and very cozy accommodation option located in one of the best areas of São Paulo. I especially liked the atmosphere — calm, comfortable, and stylish at the same time. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a contemporary design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room kitchenette, equipped with appliances and utensils, is particularly convenient, especially for longer visits. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained. The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and Avenida Paulista is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and is very pleasant for walking around. I would also like to highlight the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. You can really feel their attention to guests and their desire to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for convenience, quality, and a great location. I would gladly return again.

very pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING. First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall. Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip. Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again. At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible. I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo. Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

The location is excellent, very close to public transport links, shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely room with a comfy bed, a nice bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a big fridge, freezer, microwave, handheld garment steamer and a Nespresso machine. However, the room size indicated in the description was far from 25 sq m. Around 18 / 20 sq m is more realistic. The facial recognition system did not work. We had to buzz at the gate and speak to security staff telling them our full names each time we wanted to enter the building. On the day of arrival, despite an e-mail confirmation stating that we had successfully checked-in online, it took five hours till we were given access to the building and the flat. Communication with the property and reservation management was only possible through an AI chat. Security on site couldn’t help neither. This was very disappointing.

I paid for 3 nights from August 23 to 26 for a 20th floor apartment unit. When I checked in around 6am of August 24, the guard and manager told me that my room was given to others until 3pm. So, they let me wait from 6am to 2pm at the lobby! At 2pm, they still didn't give me the 20th floor unit that I was expecting and moved me instead to a 13th floor property! After a few hours, they moved me again to another room at the 12th floor! Crazy, tiring, nightmare experience! I only stayed for 2 nights and I want a REFUND and COMPENSATION! Stayed here a few weeks ago and overall it was a decent, comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, felt safe, and the location was great. They were still doing some construction in the hallways, but it wasn’t noisy during the day or at night, so it didn’t affect my sleep. Service downstairs was simple and easy. The only minor downside is that the entrance/door is a little hard to spot at first, and the windows in my room didn’t shut properly (hopefully that’s part of what they’re fixing as renovations continue). Otherwise, good value for the area.

CRITICA CONSTRUTIVA Fui a São Paulo para uma reunião. Tive que fazer a reserva com data de 20/05 (Check in 15h - mesmo sabendo que não estaria em SP no dia 20/05), senão não conseguiria entrar hoje cedo, 21/05. Entrei no hotel as 7h35 de hoje. Minha reunião foi as 9h25 terminando as 13h30. Minha passagem está marcada para 23h10 de 21/05/24. São 15h40 estou perambulando pelos shoppings por que tive que fazer Check out 9h quando sai para reunião, por que o horario do hotel era até as 11h. Resumindo paguei uma diária que não dura nem 24h. Pelo menos deveria ser até as 15h. Nesse caso, para horário de uso, NOTA ZERO. Funcionarios ótimos. Instalações ótimas.

O imóvel é bem localizado. Staff atencioso. A pia do banheiro tem problemas e fica entupida constantemente. A garagem é limitada e corre o risco do hospede ficar sem vaga. Esta informação não é divulgada de forma clara. O tamanho do banheiro, amplo, é desproporcional ao quarto, pequeno. Face estar na esquina da av. Antártica, o nível de barulho é intenso.

This motel is hostless it means that you won't see any person who opens the door or checks you in. There is a face recognition camera on the front door that works perfectly. The only disadvantage is steps after the front door. The best thing is that there is a nice coffee shop on the opposite side of the busy road
