Holiday Apartments in Montreal

The space was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had enough water pressure. The kitchen has a small fridge and stove with all the necessary utensils and plateware. It is located in a convenient area close to many food options as well as ice cream and donuts. Would stay here again.

The room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.

It wasn't a comfortable stay for me for a 5-night stay. I drove so I had to pay $25+tax per night, but management of car park was lousy. They assigned me a car park the 1st night, and the car park was occupied by another car on the 2nd night when I returned to the apartment. I asked the staff on duty & he admitted he had parked his car, and TOLD me to park next to his car instead. On the following morning, I got a piece of warning notice! Of course I clarified with another staff on duty, & obviously she had no idea what happened and could only apologized. On the 3rd night at almost 1am, the staff who PARKED HIS car knocked on my door, & requested to come into my apartment, because another guest was complaining on the noise made by air ventilator. 1AM in the morning!!! Totally ridiculous!! I insisted that wasn't reasonable & asked him to leave. I had a sleepless night & felt so unsecure for the rest of my stay! This was my worst stay over my travels for past 30 years!!! I don't think I'll go to Montreal in future.

I had a great time during my stay! This is the perfect spot if you want to be close to Old Montreal, as it's within walking distance from many popular spots. It was also really convenient to have parking available close by. The only downside was the noise at night. It can get quite loud, especially after 1 or 2 am, particularly if you are staying on one of the lower floors. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience!

Hotel is at a great location near Mont-Royal subway. There are lots of food and amenities just outside the hotel. Room comes with a full kitchen and laundry appliances. Feels just like home.

Everything was beautifully clean and welcoming. A window in the appartment didn't shut - we had to close it from outside which would be bad in winter! The host was not responsive or clear. But our stay was very good.

Super logement, hyper lumineux et super propre, communication avec l’hôte très simple et hôte réactif, rien à dire c’était parfait !

Parties communes sale et en très mauvais état ..l arrivée fait peur avec un canapé noir de crasse et plantes à moitié mortes .. L’ hôtel a besoin d’une grosse rénovation .. électricité est vétuste Cependant, la jeune de fille au bar fait très bien son travail et très agréablement

The booking page says it provides free private parking but it was false. We ended up parking in a very expensive parking lot.

Everything went well with the stay, room was clean. It would have been nice if they could have provided atleast two bottles of water. Apart from that it was a good stay.
