The only suggestion is for the hotel to rooms with two single beds to accommodate travelers who need individual beds in one apartment. Staff and housekeeping are kind and helpful, special thanks to Jessie, Rosie, and Fiona. This is probably the best serviced apartment hotel located within walking distance of all the major attractions around 故宮. If you have a family of more than 3, this hotel is the best choice with a kitchen and a washing machine.

Apartment was 200m away from Worker Stadium subway station which was super convenient for commuting to anywhere. Walking further by another 200m from the subway station, you will reach Taikooli shopping district (of the same type of shopping district as Singapore's Orchard Ion) where you could find international brands and lots of eatries variety.
Cleanliness
Bedsheets were clean and spotless. Toilet too. Plenty of hangers were provided in the wardrobe. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels.
Service
I got to give 2 thumbs up. The property contact person was so helpful and prompt in answering queries through Wechats. My experience: I provided a wrong address in my TaoBao order, I shared my issue with the property manager. Without further a do, he/she had helped to contact the delivery rep for all my 4 individual orders and got them to deliver to the right address; he/she had constantly followed up with me on the delivery status just to make sure that I got my stuffs. This was a value added service which I did not expected.
Facilities
Next to the apt entrance was a convenient stall which I found it very useful. On the other side of the convenient stall was a door that could linked to the other side of the apt facilities which comprises many resturant chain (a handful were operating 24hrs); reknown food chain like Luckin, Cotti coffee, Chagee, Western Mahua and few other BBQ shops.
Conclusion
I recommend the apt who is looking for ease of traveling to places of attraction, likes to have late night supper/luckin coffee/Chagee BB tea.
Most imptly with an ease of checking in and a responsive property contact person. Will defintely come back again.

I had an amazing 6-day stay at the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home.
What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. I highly recommend the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel for anyone visiting the city—it’s a fantastic choice for families and travelers alike.

It was super stylish and impeccably clean, and the bed linen deserves a special mention—it was so soft and comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in ages. The design overall was superb, with thoughtful details that made the space feel both cozy and modern. I also really appreciated the bathroom and shower—everything was well-designed, with great water pressure and consistent temperature, which made it such a pleasure to use after a long day. The communal living room was another favorite part of my stay. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating, an excellent coffee station, and amazing contemporary art on the walls that added a unique charm to the space. It was a great spot to relax or connect with other guests. …. The location of Stey Sanlitun is also a huge plus—it’s right in the heart of everything. With fantastic restaurants, shopping, and places to explore nearby, it couldn’t be more convenient.
I also want to highlight the outstanding service. Fuci and Vivian from the team were so friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond, providing not just great service but also helpful tips for finding some of Beijing’s hidden gems, which truly enriched my experience.
Overall, Stey Sanlitun is a stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed place to stay. Between the great location, the cozy room, the fantastic communal spaces, and the excellent service, I’m already looking forward to coming back!

MM42664****It was not very clean when I first arrived. The bed looked like it had not been changed. I had it changed after one night because I was allergic to it. After that, there was no problem. So if you want to go, first check if the sheets and quilt covers need to be changed. The house is clean, but the sewer in the bathroom is not well done and it smells very bad. It's not the smell of a dirty place, but the sewer pipe stinks and it spreads to the living room. You need to open the window and turn on the air conditioner for ventilation every day, and keep the bathroom door closed. There will be no problem. It can cure those who like to squat on the toilet, hahaha
