TTravelling lotsA nice, cheap and clean loft apartment with sea views and all necessary amenities like toothbrush and paste, AC, wifi, fridge and freezer. Some bonus extras too like razor, shaving foam and hairdryer. The service was very good as they both emailed and called to check when I was arriving and even provided videocall assistance to show the way for check-in.
A bit far from the centre and train stations, though it's 3 minutes from a local bus stop.
Overall, for the price it's a good option.

GGuest UserThe room is clean, the bedding is neat, and the bedding is all exposed to the sun by the boss. It smells like warm sunshine, just like returning home, without the feeling of being on a business trip! The boss is generous, enthusiastic, and thoughtful in service!
The surrounding supporting facilities are complete, including restaurants, shopping malls, karaoke bars, water parks, and cinemas. I'll stay at his house next time I come.

KKDTINOGood large room that is similar style to a Studio Apartment. Has a good open feel to it. Has a kitchen area however has no cooking utensils or items other then some cups and a kettle which suited my needs. There are many snack foods, restaurants and shopping places across the road at the Yuanda Shopping Center. There is a washing machine and laundry liquid is provided. Very handy indeed. And the smart toilet is an interesting experience. You will see.
Access is from behind the front of the building facing main Road. Walk to the back area then enter the lobby and take lift up to the 10th Floor and find Bella smart hotel office down the corridor. The staff in that apartment made into an office, will check your booking credentials and ID and give you your room card. Easy. And the gentleman was very friendly even when we where using the translation APP as my Chinese isn't so good. NOTE: Only certain lifts go to the higher floors and sometimes may have a little wait for it to arrive.
Cleaning staff are also friendly and always offered more water even if I didn't need them to clean the room.
Close to convention and Exhibition Center as well. Walking distance about 15 mins away.

GGuest UserThe location was not ideal for the purpose of my vacation. It was difficult to determine from the online information available, if there was a beach nearby. There wasn’t. It was also frustrating that the swimming pool was closed given that there was not swimming beach nearby. There is a supposed to be a spa in the hotel but it was no longer available. A fitness room still exists and looked well equipped. Aside from this, the staff were friendly and a couple of the staff spoke enough English to take care of my needs. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning my room. It was convenient to have laundry facilities in the room given that my stay was 14 days long. If you’re in Haikou for business, then I give this hotel high marks. I was on vacation so it wasn’t the ideal hotel.

Although it is cloudy these days, this room is simply great value for money! ! !
Children especially like to see the number of boats in the distance on the rocking chair. The family is convenient and comfortable to travel, and the mood is upupup!

NNewshamThis facility is located outside the main drag. It was nice and quiet. We had an ocean view. Walking distance to the ocean- no swimming allowed/available at this location. There was no food service and no restaurants within walking distance. Washing machine came with the room- for family with children this was a great asset. Though there was a kitchen- there were no plates or silverware to eat with, nor pots or pans to cook with. There was a stove.There was only 1 glass in the bathroom, when asked if they could provide another, we were told the previous customers broke one. However, it was not replaced nor another provided for us. Small store was about a 10 minute walk. Provincial hospital which also has an International Clinic was very convenient. We mostly used Didi to get from place to place. There was a swimming pool which was supposed to be open daily. However, when we did decide to have a mid morning swim, we were told the pool wouldn’t open until 3:00pm. Needless to say we were quite disappointed! Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this facility. There is definitely some room for improvement. For someone with medium expectations and a quiet place to stay- this is ideal.

GGuest UserBecause we had to take the ferry, we found a place to stay near the ferry. When we booked it, we had the mentality of giving it a try. After we checked in, it was beyond our expectations. The sanitation was very clean, which was cleaner than the B&Bs we stayed in before. It was a loft design. I also liked this kind of small apartment. There was a cloakroom and everything you need. The most important thing is that it is truly pet-friendly! There is no charge. It is much better than some stores that say they are pet-friendly but are unwilling to accept dogs when you call to ask. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan.
