BBeiergaomulilinfuAs a business traveler with a packed schedule, I'm taking advantage of a rare free moment today to praise this hotel apartment. This was our first stay at Citadines Gubei. The lobby is spacious and bright, and front desk staff member Wei Kaijie greeted us with a friendly smile, showing us the guest rooms and providing a detailed overview of the apartment's facilities. Manager Fu Renjie is highly competent. We stayed in room 1752 on the 17th floor, and the housekeeping staff there are very meticulous, especially Liu Gaiqin, who has an excellent service attitude. She diligently cleans our room and bathroom daily and promptly replenishes our amenities. The hotel breakfast is very generous, and for takeout orders, a robot delivers them directly to the room door. What truly sets this hotel apart, and what I haven't experienced in other hotels, is that the front desk staff go above and beyond their own duties to deliver guests' packages directly to their room doors. This made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

MM16596****Booked this last minute for a business trip, and although I was initially worried it might be a disappointment, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and tidy, and the sheets felt soft with no pilling. It was exceptionally quiet at night; I didn't hear any noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms, which allowed me to get a great night's sleep and feel refreshed for work the next day. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in one corner of the room, but it was perfectly fine when I used it near the desk. The front desk staff were also very friendly and even helped me print something for free, which was much appreciated! I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

AAnonymous UserEvery holiday, I choose to stay at Shama Changfeng serviced apartment when I visit Shanghai. It truly feels like a cozy home away from home. The location is excellent, right next to Changfeng Park and the Joy City shopping mall, which offers a great mix of leisure, shopping, entertainment, and dining options with plenty of food choices. Transportation is super convenient, as the Changfeng Park station of Line 15 is just steps away. The apartment layouts at Shama are fantastic, and the surrounding environment is beautiful. The rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring they are spotless and hygienic. The staff are also very warm and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

PPablo LuzWe stayed in room 219 (Standard Duplex Studio) and had a good experience. The shower has excellent water pressure and the drain worked perfectly, with no clogs. The mattress is firm and comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The room was clean and received daily housekeeping, including bottled water replenishment. It also has a kettle, a mini-fridge, a small workspace with a simple chair, and central air-conditioning with individual controls that cools the upper floor well. Despite being on a busy avenue, the soundproofing is effective and we didn’t hear any noise. The room has a small window, and there are larger windows in a storage area or narrow internal corridor that isn’t very functional.
The hotel itself is quite convenient. Most of the front desk staff speak English, except for an older gentleman who works the night shift, but if needed, you can go to the reception in Block A, where there’s always someone who can communicate in English. The location is very practical, centrally situated for getting around the city, with a subway station in the building itself and another just across the street, as well as a market nearby and a convenience store at the entrance.
Among the amenities, there’s a good free gym and at least two laundry areas with free washing machines and dryers, which was a big plus. Each floor has a guest kitchen equipped with good utensils and appliances, though it has few plates, no cutlery, and, unfortunately, is a bit dirty, with dishes left by other guests and many old items piled up. There are also several comfortable spaces to work. Access to the elevator includes a small set of stairs, which isn’t much of an obstacle.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and convenient, with highlights in the room’s comfort, the location, and the hotel’s facilities, despite a few small details that could be improved.

GGuest UserThe hotel is superbly located near Jing'an Temple, with rooms offering views of its golden spire. It's also very close to Jing'an Temple subway station. Downstairs, there's a breakfast restaurant and a supermarket, and 1788 Square is right next door, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The rooms are very spacious, equipped with a kitchen and a washing machine, making them perfect for family trips.

PPoppy RWe had a pleasant stay. They allowed us to check in early which was a blessing for us after the long road trip. The front desk staff served us quick and friendly and spoke english as well. The room was clean and spacious, modern design. It was a loft room of two 2 queen beds, 2 TV’s, 1 bathroom, a 2 door refrigerator, small washing machine, and complete iron with table and hairdryer, it has a balcony, a small kitchen with a electric stove, complete modern utensils, plate, glass, spoons, water jug, microwave, frypan, steamed pan and even a dish foam was provided. It was located a little bit far from the city center of shanghai, but you can conveniently commute with the metro line 7, the station can be found under the mall, the right building across the hotel, the same building where we can park our car for free as our duration of our stay. On the mall basement, plenty of restaurants can be found and not packed at all, also you find a 24hrs seven eleven store in front of the hotel. The downside was the bathroom door was a bit hard to closed, everything else was perfect. We would like to stay again when visiting shanghai.

It is a four-minute walk from the subway station and the price/performance ratio is much higher than the hotel next door.
The room is also very big. I needed to work temporarily so I paid extra to upgrade the room.
There is a big desk. The room faces east and has big windows. It will be hot after sunrise. Be careful if you stay in the room all day.
The breakfast style can be changed, there are many porridges
The view is great, and you can see Lujiazui on a good day
The room was clean and soundproofed
I like the dryer in the laundry room the most. It is amazing and can dry clothes in 20 minutes. It is very convenient.

DDaniel WalasinskiI booked the executive room but it wasn’t ready until 4:15 on the Saturday I arrived. They asked me to wait in a business lounge but there’s no food or drink there and no music. How about voucher for a snack or drink? The TV is really outdated and there’s no smart TV function. The lampshades were crooked and shabby room overall without any toothbrushes or anything no minibar. The breakfast area has a nice balcony but they don’t let you sit there and they put chairs blocking off places to sit too. The offerings were small but then after you get a plate of bread they show you the breakfast menu. They could put a sign in the hallway to guide guests to the breakfast area and inform guests how it works. The bedroom air conditioner was so noisy that it gave me a headache. There’s little posted information about the gym, pool, food and beverage or anything in the hotel. I used to do hotel management so wanted to point some of these things out. For a similar price better to try other options.
