Holiday Apartments in Zhengzhou

This is not a regular hotel as described and pictured on the Web. We were surprised and found out where we stayed was an actual office tower suite, and it was converted into a single unit hotel room with 2 dbl beds. The bathroom was a mess after a shower. There is no proper drainage on the ground. The old 2- piece bathroom cabinet was discolored and moldy after constant showers. It maybe ok for locals but not accepted as a foreign travellers. The price was cheap, and we paid what we got. The elevators were not cleaned.

The location is convenient, near to metro station and plenty of food choices. Room was clean and adequately equipped, except there's no fridge in the room. But the hotel does provide shared washing machine in the reception room. The owner operator couple was kind enough to wash our laundry as we're going out and didn't have time to wait. How sweet of them.

I stayed at this apartment-style hotel for business trips. The rooms were spacious, and the subway station was right downstairs, making it very convenient. The rooms were nice, and the price wasn't too expensive. I've stayed here several times for business trips and would stay here again next time.

Facilities: Very complete, disposable face towels, toilet seat covers, and toiletries are provided. Cleanliness: Very clean, the room is large and spacious, and there's even a sofa, making it convenient for friends to order takeout together. Service: Very good attitude and very welcoming.

I had a wonderful stay at leju hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials like a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and fast Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the [mention any special feature like a balcony, view, or luxury amenities. The hotel’s location is also fantastic—close to business area , which made it easy to explore the city. Overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would definitely recommend Leju hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again

Excellent location with convenient transport links, close to the metro station and a shopping mall. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the front desk staff (especially the lady) was very patient and helpful. This hotel offers great value for money and is definitely worth revisiting.

This stay was fantastic! I was immediately drawn to the clean and tidy environment upon entering the room; the hygiene details were excellent 👍 What surprised me most was the comprehensive range of disposable amenities. Besides the usual toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower gel, they even provided disposable bath towels, face towels, and slippers – so thoughtful! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the check-in process, patiently recommending nearby restaurants and responding promptly to any issues. I had a safe and comfortable stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The room is very clean, and the facilities in the room are very complete. Unexpectedly, there is a washing machine and air conditioning. Every space is used just right. There are many cabinets, sofas and small tables. Except for bath towels, the towels are disposable. I found that, in short, it was a good experience, except that in winter, sleeping on the glass side is easy to catch a cold, because there is a bit of air leakage, so you can wear thick clothes to cover it.

Staff is hard working and helpful. Room quality is adequate, worth the price. May find some dirt on floor or dust cover on furniture but totally fine for me. Bed is clean, blanket is thick enough to make me warm in the winter. No daily room service. Amenities need to pick up by yourself in the lobby. There are many grocery shop and street food nearby, can grab and go back to eat in the room.

Environment: About a 7-9 minute walk from the subway station. The surrounding roads are straight and wide. The community feels clean and comfortable from the entrance, and the hallways are clean and bright, making me feel very safe. Cleanliness: Excellent. The bathroom is odor-free. Facilities: Very complete and easy to operate. The only downside is that the air conditioner is quite noisy when the compressor is actively switching, which is a bit of a pity. Overall, it's still good. Service: The owner is proactive, provides detailed local information, and is very polite and attentive.
