The half-timbered facade with stylish wooden windows, the luxurious full equipment with antique elements guarantee relaxation in the breath of bygone times.The apartment No. 1 (58m ²) is located on the front of the house with its own access via the terrace (32m ²) and adjacent parking space on the roadside. The terrace and green area are fenced with nostalgic wooden palisades and their own wooden gate. As soon as you arrive, the crunchy Baltic sea gravel on the terrace under your feet conveys a maritime atmosphere. Ball lights create a romantic atmosphere in the blue hour from 9 pm to midnight.The apartment No. 1 extends over two floors.The living room with kitchen and adjoining dining area is on the ground floor. A beautiful dimmable chandelier with 12 lights sits enthroned above the antique wooden table with 2 chairs. A cozy lounge in colonial style with a view of the 48 "flat screen TV and music system with CD player, USB and Bluetooth provide entertainment and cozy relaxation.The high-gloss built-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It includes refrigerator incl. Freezer, sink, dishwasher, showcases with dishes and glasses, a stove with ceramic hob and touch control, an oven and two base cabinets with drawers. An Internet connection via W-LAN is included in the price in all residential buildings.
