GGuest UserWe are a family of 5 (a toddler, my husband and elderly parents) travelling to Seville during Christmas and thank god I chose this place to stay. We stayed on an apartment on the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and it was beautifully decorated (renovated from an old church) . Despite being on the first floor, it was quiet at night even when the windows were open (amazing). There was an abundance of cooking utensils and even salt and sugar and coffee capsules were provided! The whole apartment was very clean and spacious and extremely comfortable. It was well located within walking distance to the shopping streets and the major sights in Seville were all within walkable distance. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed going up to the 5th floor to watch the sunset and sunrise. Overall, this stay deserves 10 stars.

HH MatthiasBest place we stayed at in Spain. Check in information sent to email on the day itself, you'll have to check in at the adjacent Honest Hotel San Pedro. Lovely staff who offered coffee, sat us down and gave recommendations around the area. She could also be reached via Whatsapp if you have any questions. Beautiful place, clean and tasteful rooms with coffee machine, fully-equipped kitchen, large fridge, and microwave. Walking distance to everything. Just watch out for the gypsy scammers surrounding cathedrals in the morning.

PPianist with no handsUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

GGuest UserSpectacular location within 15 minutes walk of all Seville's major attractions: cathedral, Alcazar, Las Setas, Torre del Oro. Overall, very good, verging on Excellent. BUT:
Parking off site and 25 Euros a day, but safe and only 5 minute walk. No English language TV is the biggest problem they need to fix. I did not think that the couch was very comfortable as seating. Room 202 was a little noisy at night, try for a room overlooking the garden, especially Rosina's balcony. Micro fridge.

AAnthonyNice, clean apartment in the north of the city on a quiet, narrow street. Communal roof terrace with sun loungers made a complete change from the welcoming cool apartment, however a trade-off with the coolness comes a dim light. Would have been nice to have a few kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, etc but it did have s kettle and a Cafetera Italiana. Handy for the Plaza des Armes and the river, it’s about a 20 minute walk to the centre. Overall a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe beds should be renovated are very old I think if the facilities would be better qualified, the sofa bed is very old the truth is not acting for rest, then in the bathroom there was a drop I think something of the air conditioning which we notified and they did nothing about it. I have to clarify that the staff care was not the right in terms of problem or concerns resolution, one of the super friendly girls the other two should take care courses to the public, the fridge a little small.

Found that the property was bit expensive for what it offered and would definitely need a bit of renovation, especially starting from the common areas (lobby réception and corridors)
Insonorisation between rooms was quite low
Room space was sufficient and bed comfortable
Check in check out was quick and smooth
Afternoon shift staff at the reception was kind enough and responded to a request for extra pillows
Would recommend for one night stay

If you want to check in late at night at the hotel, you need to be quiet and quiet. I can hear the coughing, but I can't help it, but if you come in late, you need some manners. First of all, this is a big house at this price. There are two bathrooms, a living room kitchenette, and an induction coffee machine, cooking utensils, microwaves, refrigerators, etc. in the kitchenette. The water came out of the refrigerator, so I cleaned it up ..... The bathroom wasn't worse than I thought, but the curtains in the bathtub were squeezed, so that was a bit like that. It's the floor where you wear shoes... Well, it should be very clean, but ... I was stiff. From the beginning, I took a picture of the address as long as I told the hotel reception, so I walked there, went back, went back to another house, ... From the first impression, it was a bad feeling to train poop dogs. I'm sick. It's very bad. It wasn't just bad, but let's just bear it and let's just go to the hotel. In fact, after 3 nights in Seville, I booked a hotel even if there was a little distance. For reference, it seems that it is 20 euros to leave your luggage for 20 euros to clean 10 euros to change towels. Real ... It was ridiculous.. 2 star hotels also change towels ...

YYury SamkouThis is truly student housing. It's clear from the name, but it's still surprising that this option is available for booking at all. I booked it for one night, between flights. It's located far from the city center and the airport, but it's conveniently accessible by bus. The premises are clean, but there's absolutely no soundproofing, so you definitely won't be able to get a good night's rest.
