"Good day. For the money that we paid for a hotel-hotel worthy! Good, solid repair. Everything is working. Clean toilet. There is everything you need in the kitchen. True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!"

The hotel itself is pretty good, clean with tasty food offered. Very nice and extremely friendly staff. Special thanks to the manager Christina, without her efforts our stay would’ve been totally ruined because of trip.com’s partial incompetence. The description was incorrect: 1. “Adults only” says the name, which, in fact, isn’t at all. There were couple of incidents with some children staying at Dionyssos in addition to the crying baby on our floor. 2. Trip.com failed to pass my request regarding the view, according to the first room we were offered and the hotel’s manager. The room was with no view, as you can see in the picture. 3. Pictures! For some reason the description contained exterior photos from a different hotel! Which was found out only after checking in. 🤦🏼♀️ In reality the small pool is not secluded, every passing by stranger can observe you, as the see-through-fence is the only separation between you and the road next to the hotel.

AAlcinda Nalatche MendesI have been to this hotel before and I gave it 4stars. However, this time I would definitely give it about 3⭐️⭐️⭐️. The reason why is because, they started charging for air conditioning, when that was not a thing, the prices of the snacks, and food were very expensive, and happy hours is not really happy hour. Perhaps my first time was really good and the expectations were high, but I did not think the quality of the amenities were as good this time around. The staff is very friendly and nice, I have to say.

Perfect location in Malia… private ground floor apartment with separate kitchen and balcony on the main strip. This beach is a 5min walk. Too good for the price!
