Service was impeccable, which made the hotel stay worth every penny. The service was truly top notch - every single staff!! Even tho it rained everyday and we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the daybeds and magnificent pool view our moods were not dampened. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel bfast which felt really healthy, with wellness in mind. Unlike other hotels that fill you up with carbs, the food served here felt really wholesome!! Room feels slightly small, didn’t really like the bathroom layout, but overall everything felt clean. Gym was fantastic as well with cold towels, water provided. Would def return!

I had an amazing stay at the Nusa Dua Renaissance Resort! The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a stunning view of the swimming pool—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The pool itself was fantastic, beautifully maintained, and a great spot to unwind. The location of the resort is another highlight; it’s convenient yet tranquil, offering the perfect balance for a getaway. The international breakfast buffet was truly superb, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, great amenities, and excellent service!

It's my first choice of hotel whenever visiting Nusa Dua area! A wide range of good quality food served during breakfast, which shouldn't be missed, even in-room dining was amazing! Room is very well clean, staffs are attentive & friendly! Please keep it up 🤗

Location is good with many eateries n massage spa. The rooms are big except the room on the 2nd floor is hot due to the weather . Service is superb. Requested them to clean the pool n it was done perfectly n everyday we had someone attending to it . There is Netflix except the TV in the living room is about 45” which i think its small due to the large living room space. Moreover there are No TV inside the rooms . Kitchen is fully furnished but i dont recommend cooking as the stove is really run down looking . Due to the age of these villas it really need some reoair n refurbishment. But if u are not fussy about the age n looking for relax, this is the place . All the staffs and service are really top notch .

Fantastic resort hotel directly across the Kuta beach! Huge mall beside the hotel and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance! Huge rooms with seaview view and best of all, the hospitality and the service staffs are spectacular!!!

How can I say about the hotel? Compared with the price of 200 euros, I will say a few fair words: 1/ The hotel is relatively new, the room has a balcony, the room is not big, and the decoration is not bad. 2/ You can see the sea from a distance on the balcony, but it is not a first-line sea view. I booked a sea view king room for RMB 1,600 3/ The rooftop swimming pool is good, you can watch the sunset 4/ There is a lively neighborhood outside, there are many white people, and there are lively bars restaurants. 5/ The staff is very friendly Disadvantages 1/ It is said to be a sea view, but the first thing you see when standing on the balcony is a ruined land covered with weeds, and you can also see the unfinished building when you face the sea. 2/ The toiletries in the hotel are very simple, and the slippers are very thin 3/ There is no bathrobe, no bathtub, only one USB port and one type C charging port, and no mini bar 4/ 1,600 does not include breakfast, the breakfast list costs about RMB 120, and you can order dishes for dinner, which is semi-self-service. It feels that the cost performance is not high.

We booked a villa, the staff is always smiling, friendly and extremely helpful even when a light was not working at night we got this fixed in no time. The restaurant and the sky bar have a great selection of food and beverages, while the room and overall facility were in good shape and clean. Would definitely recommend for a chill holiday in Bali, only thing to note is that the restaurants nextdoor create a lot of smoke when lighting up the BBQs but once you figure out the timing and location it's easy to avoid. Would visit again, thanks again to all staff for making our stay very pleasant!

Although the location of the hotel is a bit remote, it doesn't matter for the second half of our trip, which is mainly for playing in the hotel! We still ordered a single-family villa with a swimming pool, which is quite private. We ordered breakfast. Various Western breakfasts are very suitable for our taste. We ordered dinner in the room on the first night. The food was very delicious and exquisite. The whole table was only more than 500 yuan when we checked out. The seafood set meal was booked in the restaurant for dinner on the second day. It was still delicious and exquisite. Blowing the sea breeze and listening to living music, it was romantic and warm! The chef also came to each table to introduce the dishes and listen to opinions. Very nice! Champagne was sent to the room, which was delicious! In addition to the welcome fruit sent on the first day, there were snacks sent every day, which were delicious😋! The hotel's unique black sand beach is very special and beautiful! In short, it is very quiet and very private, very good! Very like it!

Perfect Stay for Couples. Room is spacious and tidy, Cleanliness is slightly less than perfect, partly due to the aged fittings and furniture. The fridge has a lose hinge and you will have to push harder to actually close it well, though it can be easily replaced. The sofa has some unidentified stains. The balcony door lock is slightly faulty and it somehow latched on when we closed the doors, thus we got locked outside in the balcony for some time. However, kudos to the team who sent technicians who came to our rescue. Having said these, everything else in this hotel made it a memorable trip for me and my wife. Breakfast served at ”Brasserie restaurant” is 4/5 stars. The staff will take your orders while you are also free to take the items from the buffet counters. The coffee served to you is available as espresso based drinks and not just the typical machine or brewed-in-pot type. Variety is mediocre but at least most of them taste great. Located at the heart of Ubud, it is nearby many great eateries, cafes and bars. Also near to Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, Ubud Market and some other places of interests. If you can stand the heat and walk for 30mins, you can also reach Campuhan Ridge Walk, or take a slower stroll while admiring the buildings and fancy shops. Even if you are not planning to go out, there's also many great options within their compound; such as Dala Spa, Cerita Manisan, Rayjin, Pison and Chontea, all under Alaya Hotel group. I particularly enjoyed Pison and Rayjin.

Arriving at the hotel I immediately smelled the mould. The hotel is beautiful but smells. We were kindly received at the door, they picked up our luggage, and served us a welcome drink while we did the check in. I started to sneeze and my nose clogged so I explained I was allergic to dust and I would like a room with more sunlight and wind. When we entered the room the musty smell was unbearable. I immediately complained and they promptly found another room without carpets. I believe it was an upgrade. They also sent us an apology card with fruits and chocolates. Unfortunately, the new room was still smelly, not as smelly as the first one, but we accepted as we were super tired and didn’t want to wait any longer. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: Shower pressure was fantastic Breakfast was great, they had options like avocado toast, salmon bagel, burritos, and a variety of international options Bed was comfortable Swimming pool Temperature was perfect and the bar very convenient with great drinks Beach is clean and not crowded Sunset is beautiful The restaurants had a good environment and good food. A bit pricey, but overall worth it. Cons: Mould. This is actually the only reason I wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The smell is in the room and the entrance mainly. The rest of the areas are okay. This hotel was built in 1993, so I have to say that if it wasn’t for that, the hotel would be in amazing condition. Service by the pool was very slow, my husband tried to get a beer first thing when he arrived and only after calling the waiter twice they brought him the beer, but it was room temperature! 😞 Coconut water and beer were not cold, they actually offered ice, but it just made it watery and tasteless. Bike rental can only be used inside the hotel, and they don’t tell you that when you rent it. I tried to go out to cycle in the surrounding area and they didn’t allow me to go. After complaining, the charged me half price for the rent. I only used inside the hotel and at the beach in front of the hotel. Concierge service was very slow and inefficient. He didn’t have packages to offer, photos, or videos. Everything was searched on Google right in front of us. The only option given was a private driver that could take us anywhere we wanted to go. The problem is that we didn’t know the places, so we were expecting a better introduction to the island and the activities. We ended up doing our own research and hiring the driver. Transfer from hotel to airport costs 430,000 RP, but if you get a grab (similar to Uber/Didi) it will cost you less than 80,000 RP. Overall, the hotel is a good option if you can tolerate the smell. That’s the only reason I wouldn’t recommend it. Otherwise it was a great stay for the price.
