GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was our main reason to decide to stay in Bandung during our last short gate away. The location was so perfect. We literally can walk to all of destination. Love the location so much. However, during our stay there was an ongoing construction. The hotel staff has informed us in the beginning of our stay but it didn't feel quite good. But overall, we love our stay and definitely will comeback!

TTravellingmaudeThe location is a big plus. Set right in the heart of the city, next to Grand Indonesia and Thamrin City Mall, it’s extremely convenient, especially for anyone who enjoys shopping or wants everything within walking distance.
Arrival was pleasant, with a warm welcome from the staff. They were very helpful and consistently courteous, with special attention shown to senior citizens, which was appreciated.
We booked a two bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and practical. The unit is well equipped for longer stays, with a washing machine, water dispenser, microwave, and a full set of kitchen utensils, making it easy to manage daily routines. The decor, however, feels a bit dated, and I did notice a slight odour, likely from furniture that could use a deeper clean.
The bedding was acceptable. The mattress was comfortable enough, but the pillows were too soft for my liking and didn’t provide much support.
The bathroom experience was much better. The shower was excellent with good water pressure and reliable hot water. Toiletries were complete and pleasantly scented, with a spa like aromatherapy feel. One downside was the bath towel, which felt worn out and unusually small, closer to the size of a bath mat than a proper towel.
Breakfast was decent but not extensive. It covered the basics and was sufficient, though nothing particularly memorable.
Overall, Ascott Jakarta works well for longer stays with family, mainly due to its spacious apartments and unbeatable central location. With some updates to furnishings and linens, the stay could be significantly improved.

纠纠纠Excellent service and a great location! There's a large shopping mall nearby and transportation is very convenient, though the surrounding area can get a bit congested. The view is fantastic.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the quality toiletries to the complimentary bottled water and coffee. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The location is also excellent, close to major attractions and convenient for transportation. What stood out most was the hotel’s warm and welcoming atmosphere — it truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I accept to do that coz in that time he was quite busy
After that I was calling to room service (number 0) as the staff told me
One of room service staff guy picked up and told me that this is not for request stuff
Must call number 1
So I said the staff at the lobby told me to do this
So how can I get a cutlery from this hotel?!

There is no denying that this hotel has a good location to stay for whom has a plan to see the concert this is the only one reason I will come back here if I do have plan to see the concert next time

AAnonymous UserOverall, the the 2BR apartment was clean and comfortable. The customer service, which could only be reached via WhatsApp, was really nice and well-informed, making the check-in process smooth.
The apartment itself was a bit smaller than expected, and I noticed that some of the furniture was broken, but it didn’t cause major issues during the stay.
One thing to note is that the listing mentioned 2 queen beds, but in reality, it was 1 queen and 1 single bed. Fortunately, the sofa could be converted into a queen-size bed, so it still worked out for us, though it wasn’t exactly what was advertised.
Overall, it’s a decent place if you manage expectations, but I’d recommend the host update the listing for clarity.
