Holiday Apartments in North Jakarta

I had a wonderful stay here and truly enjoyed my trip The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always very quick to help whenever there was any issue. I really appreciated the kindness and support throughout my stay. The building was clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient area. There are markets, cafes, and many food places just a short walk away, and it’s also close to shopping malls and the city center. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Gold Coast Seaview! I recently stayed for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The facilities were impressive and truly comparable to those of a 5-star hotel. Everything I needed was available, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The apartment is just minutes away from the vibrant culinary spots and shopping malls in PIK, giving guests easy access to great food, entertainment, and lifestyle attractions. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Clear instructions and an efficient system made everything effortless. Most importantly, the host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made the entire experience even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

What is the function of apartment reception if dropped off items cannot be kept there?? I had to download an app called pop box or something just to take my package, very inconvenient. The contact person I was in touch with during my stay was also very uninformative about this issue.

It felt like a one-bedroom apartment. They initially gave me a double room, but it was near an elevated highway and very noisy. Later, I was given a twin room. Neither room door could be closed properly. The bathroom was also just average. The towels were also just so-so.

What a wonderful stay!! Perfect location... close to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable!

If you live alone and work for a month, it is still okay. However, there are some problems that need to be told to everyone. First, the electrical appliances cannot use high power. When the air conditioner is on, I use the hair dryer and it will trip, and then I have to wait for a long time because I can't recover by myself, and the property staff needs to recover. This is the biggest problem. The drainage of the shower room is also not smooth. After a while, the water accumulates seriously and overflows outside. Third, there are a lot of insects, small black cockroaches, and you need to buy insecticide yourself. If you are just traveling, there is no need to save such a little room fee.

Convenient contact, reasonable price, high-floor balcony to see the sea, good view (but there is aircraft noise impact, sleep is not good to be cautious). The room is a bit smelly, there are ants 🐜, the desktop is also dark with paper towels, and the sanitary conditions need to be improved. The curtains in the room are not shaded, and they are affected by the dazzling sun early. Overall.

Too far from the receptionist place to the room cos it’s in an apartment. U got room that available at the moment, so apparently it’s a different room in different apartments towers.
