Our comfortable new build alpine style attic-apartments are furnished in wood.The apartment for 2 persons (ca. 48 sqm.) is made of: one bedroom, kitchen-livingroom with dishwasher, bath, shower, WC, color SAT-TV, free WIFI and a sunny, southward directed balcony with a wonderful and unique view on Ortisei and the Dolomites.You get to the apartment directly from the garage by elevator or by walking through the garden. But what you'll like most of the villa is the extremely quiet location. Away from traffic, but close to the town-center, it lies in a unforgettable site above Ortisei. The skibus stop, from which you’ll reach easily the main lifts is about 50 meters from our house.It's our desire to offer you relaxing holidays in a familiar atmosphere.The rent includes all utilities such as initial supply of bed linen, towels and bath towels, water, electricity, heating and underground parking and the final cleaning of the flat. The tourist tax of 1,40 Euro per person and night is not included in the total price of your stay. On arrival day the apartment is available after 3 pm. On the departure day until 10 am.
