It was windy and rainy two days before I went there, so I felt that the distance to and from Kokusai-dori was a bit far. If you drive or don’t have large luggage, you probably won’t find the distance a problem! The breakfast is very diverse and you can also taste local Okinawan cuisine! There are tax free stores such as FamilyMart and 7-11 nearby!
I like the 2F self-service washing machine service the most. The clothes are washed just right without being over-dried or deformed! There is a microwave and ice machine next to it, which is very considerate for customers who want to try convenience store food and need ice!
When you check in, you will get Chinese instructions for the hotel. The view from the top floor is superb, and there are polite service staff 24 hours a day, which is great! I filled out the questionnaire in advance, and the room also provided bathrobes of suitable sizes, but because I was lazy I didn't fill it out, so there were only sizes suitable for girls! The bathroom and toilet are separated, which is great, with both a shower and a bathtub!
Next time I go by myself, I will still make a reservation, but if I bring my elders, I will probably still choose a hotel on Kokusaitong! When checking out, you can put the key directly into the elevator box, no need to queue at the counter! Great design!

The breakfast buffet is quite good.
We stayed in the hotel on the New Year’s Eve and the New Year Day. They offer festive food which is impressive to tourists.
The hotel room is spacious enough
Very close to the railway and bus terminal.
You need to pay for the spa, but worth the money.
However the WiFi is TERRIBLE. You connected it but never works.

Location: On the outskirts of Naha city - 15 mins by car from both the airport (traffic permitting) and city centre. Also within the red light district so not recommended to venture out on foot at night (see picture)
Parking: Hotel has limited parking within premises for 1,500yen per day (but unlimited driving in and out of car park), and needs to reserve at the hotel at 11am each day (so if you arrive at night you'll at least have to sort out the first night yourself). There are small car parks dotted around the area but firstly, the car parks are small so no guarantee of spaces and secondly, the car parks are located amongst various love hotels. The best we found (in terms of location and safety) is one at Costa Village ESPANA which is 5 minutes on foot from the hotel (500yen overnight and 700yen day park) (see picture)
Room: Very small (i.e. standard Japanese semi-doubles), but the bathroom is spacious with onsen facilities
Breakfast: A very good spread including local dishes, 1,900yen per person (kids eat for free) (see pictures)
Facilities: Swimming pools on 2/F (free) and rooftop with bar (paid, so havent tried). Onsen on 2/F also opens till late, with both indoor and outdoor onsen, and quite packed

Hotel Collective was hands down the best hotel during our stay in Okinawa! From start to finish, everything about this property exceeded our expectations.

The location is very unique. It’s far away but that it’s uniqueness too. It is located underneath the highway and harbor. The second floor rooms have high ceiling and face the sea. Although the hotel front faces a construction site, the room view can see big cruise ship and hear the howling winds. The first floor is also an art gallery. The room is big in terms of Japan hotel room. Has parking at 1500 yen per night.

The hotel was generally clean and comfortable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour English-speaking receptionist. However, the check-in process was a bit chaotic due to the small lobby space. There were only 2 automated check-in kiosks and 1 manual counter, which wasn’t sufficient to handle the crowd. During our check-in, the lobby was packed with guests waiting, making it feel cramped and disorganized.
We booked a standard triple room, which felt just barely adequate for two people. There was hardly any space to place our luggage comfortably. One major issue was the door stopper located in the middle of the walkway — it was quite hazardous, and I accidentally hit my foot on it several times during our stay. Bathroom is wet-dry separated. Bath tub included.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient. It's just a 1-minute walk to Miebashi Station, a 10-minute walk to Kokusai-dori, and about 5-minutes to several convenience stores. Parking is available for 1,500 yen per night, which is slightly above the average rate in the Naha area. Also worth noting: there is no microwave in the room. The only one available is located on Level 2, along with the laundry area, where washing costs range from 300 to 500 yen.

We booked our stay here thinking that, for the hefty price tag, access to a lounge would be included as standard. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that wasn’t the case. Had we known this upfront, we likely would have chosen a different, more affordable hotel *WITH* a lounge access. That said, the location is fantastic if you want to be right next to the action of Kokusaidori. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, which was a nice surprise. A highlight of our stay was the restaurant staff, who were exceptional. Breakfast was first class, with high-quality ingredients and a pastry selection that was probably the best we've had at a hotel in Japan. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of, adding to the overall positive experience during breakfast. Overall, while the price didn't quite meet our expectations, the excellent location, impressive facilities, and outstanding service—especially from the restaurant team—made the stay memorable.

KKWOK HUNGIt’s a spacious room for a family with 4 people. Several public parking points are surrounded the building. MaxValue are located with 3-5 mins walk. Some small restaurants are located nearby. It’s very convenient.
It will be better to have a folding table for breakfast and using computer/iPad, etc. It’s good to have washing and drying machines.

JJUN JIEIt's right next to Kokusai Dori, but the street in front of it is a one-way street, so if you take a taxi, you'll probably get off in front of Lawson on Kokusai Dori and walk.
Still, it's a good location as it's less than a minute walk from Kokusai Street.
The room and building are completely normal apartments, but there are no problems at all.
It has a mini kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator, making it convenient for business use.
The receptionist is very calm and responsive.
We were able to store our luggage even after checking out. (Even if you say check-out, you just need to post the key in.)

It's said that it's opened by Takeshi Kaneshiro, but there are really a lot of complaints. It should be a homestay type. The front desk doesn't open until 3 pm, so friends who arrive early and need luggage storage can't count on it. Friends who arrive in the morning should not book it.
At that time, I booked it because it had a kitchen. I've stayed in so many hotels in Japan, and all hotels with kitchens have kitchenware and tableware. I haven't used them in other hotels before. Why did they tell me that they would charge 1,000 yen when I wanted to use them this time? Takeshi Kaneshiro, don't be so stingy. I've never encountered such a situation. The enthusiasm for landing in Okinawa was extinguished.
Compared to other hotels in Okinawa, it's a good type, but it's not cheap. Everything is charged. From pajamas to laundry detergent, tableware, and room cleaning services, there is no cleaning service. It costs 2,000. These services are more expensive than star hotels.
It's a certain distance from the supermarket and Makishi Station, about a 10-minute walk. It's not the best in terms of geographical location.
The front desk is very nice. I don't know where they are from, but it's difficult to communicate. English is not very smooth.

When you open the curtains, you can see right into the apartment building across the street.
I wish they had lace curtains.
The front desk is only there at set times, so it is inconvenient if you ask me.
There are several parking spaces out front, so it's convenient if you make a reservation.
It's close to the airport, and you can just about walk to Kokusai-dori and other areas, so the location is good too.

AArkN ChenThe hotel is right next to Sekirei Station. Self-driving travelers also have a private parking area. It is only about a 10-minute walk to Kokusai Street. The location is impeccable. The hotel is like a small apartment concept. The counter is on the second floor. After checking in, you can choose what you need in the room (toothbrush, comb, razor...etc.). The concept of environmental protection is great! The balcony can watch the sunset and the monorail opposite. The only minor drawbacks are the noise of cars due to being located on the side of the road and the poor soundproofing. Everything else is pretty good. It can be used as a stay for the last day, and it only takes 10 minutes to take a taxi to the airport.

GGuest UserFamily trip one night stay to be close to airport and depart next day. The lady checking us in was the best, courteous and very helpful. The gentleman checking us out was great and getting us a fast taxi. The remodeled room had everything we needed 2 good sized beds and even a clothes washer. Quiet for good rest. Table and refrigerator with microwave. No interruptions with Wifi and decently fast. Very close to convenience stores. Plenty of parking available. Very secure.

You can cook with a range and refrigerator, but there is a range and sink. There are no pots. It's good value for money and it's okay if you go alone.
If you are a friend, couple or family, I recommend spending a little more money and staying in a formal hotel. If you are staying for a long period of time, I highly recommend it.
