Holiday Apartments in Almaty

We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment. The unit was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making us feel at home throughout our vacation. The facilities were excellent and well-equipped, especially for families, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great place to relax and spend quality time together during our holiday. We would definitely recommend this apartment to other families.

I had a pleasant stay and seamless check in. Instructions were provided early and all I lnformation accurate. The images were also very accurate to the listing so there is no deceiving. There is a gate which I wish I knew of so I could have prepared. And knew the process how to enter. Once in, it’s very convenient, location wise, it’s right in front of the metro, bus stations and shops, convenience store and pharmacy, fruit store. The apartment itself is big and spacious, it’s clean and has everything you need. Laundry, dishes , microwave etc. and better than most hotels around the area. The owner was so kind always, very approachable, responsive and apathetic as I had some bad experiences in Kazakhstan she ensured I would have a better stay and even allowed for late check out. I’ll come back here again for a stay when I go back. Despite some setbacks on my travels. This 2-3 day stay was good and much needed.

Come to Almaty for a few days. As a Russian language. This is the most correct place to stay I can choose in the past few days. The room is brand new. Very clean. The mattress is very comfortable. This outreach manager Di Nara is very careful. I have been keeping in touch with me on WeChat. I sent a warm reminder for check-in in advance. There is something Just communicate with her. This address is not very far from the city. It costs 20 yuan to take a taxi. I wanted to stay for one more day. As a result, the room has been booked. Unfortunately. I have to choose here next time. Everyone wants to live comfortably. This is a good choice. Almaty General accommodation is very expensive. It is either a high price. It is a remote urban and rural junction. It is not even an ordinary hotel that can't compare to a fast hotel. This price is really worth living here. Guys, this place is absolutely amazing, especially for the price. I found the answer to every single one of my questions myself because EVERYTHING is so well thought out: you can check in on your own, no need to wait for anyone, the apartment has everything you need (I didn't require breakfast, etc.), there's Wi-Fi, and a set of keys for each entry point, all in their own labeled case! And the interior and cleanliness are a beauty in themselves: everything is not just superficially clean, but TRULY spotless. Now I want three apartments or rooms just like this, with the exact same interior! Everything is perfectly chosen, the color combinations, high-quality fabrics, decor!, Alice (Alexa/smart assistant, I assume)!!!), the dishes look like they're straight out of Pinterest, as do the soap and shampoo dispensers, and the lighting is voice-controlled – in short, pure bliss! There are outlets for standard plugs (like in Russia, the two-prong kind), and there's air conditioning and a TV too. Guys, here, price does not equal quality; it far exceeds it! A huge thank you to the hostess; she was always available, helpful, and responsive. I wish her nothing but growth and success, because everything is done SUPERBLY well! I don't know why anyone would even bother with hotels anymore; I'm all for fantastic places like this! P.S. No one paid me for this review; on the contrary, I even paid extra for a towel that got stained by my red hair. :)

The overall stay was pleasant, clean, and comfortable for the majority of our time out there. We checked in 3:00pm and check out at 10.00pm the foloowing evening. because there was no flexibility for late check-out option,we were required to pay for 2 full days. while we understood the policy, greater flexibility or a partial rate option for evening departureswould be a welcome improvement for guests. The booking site explicitely mentioned an ”international buffet breakfast” unfortunately this was not what was provided. instead we were served very limited fixed set of items( breads, veggies and buiscuts). accurate descriptions on booking platforms are essential to manage bookings. During our final hour before departure (from 8.30 -10.00pm) there was a complete power failure in our room, packing in total darkness was extreamely challenging, also with kids of 2 and 6 years old.and we had to rely entirely on our mobile phone flash lights. the staff did not offer any emergency lighting or altenate lights. v very small washroom.

The check in was smooth even though in the middle of night. The owner provided a short video on WhatsApp guiding to the entrance. All provided equipment worked fine. We had few major concerns - No water was provided, or so we thought at obvious initial glance, however in later days we saw one container kept alongside cleaning utilities which we were not sure, hence chose not to use. No daily cleaning service or refreshing daily utilities was provided eventhough we stayed for 5 nights. The host said it will be a paid one, a free single cleaning service will be available after 1 week of stay. On the last day of check out, he asked us to dispose off the trash in a nearby public trash bin which we did, but this is a bit unusual at least for us. During the stay for 5 nights, the host did not s ask if any concern at least for courtesy. There were extra bedsheets on the cloth drying rack but with a warning note not to use them as they were meant for next guest and if disturbed will attract charges - with no place for us to use the rack for our daily purpose. Why keep those in the studio then? Could have kept in another storage. Other than that the location is close to the center and the view from the window is nice. Overall 3/5 stars, losing only for the service issues we had.

Convenient check-in, no meetings. The studio is perfect for one night; it has everything you need, including a washing machine and iron, which I find essential when traveling. It's clean and cozy. You can reach the city's sights by bus or taxi, which is also inexpensive.

The room was fantastic, clean and tidy, fully equipped with air conditioning and a kitchen. Located within a residential complex, it was very quiet at night. Transportation was extremely convenient, with direct bus and subway access. There were even Mixue Ice Cream and Lanzhou noodle shops nearby. The hotel owner, a very warm and friendly lady, added me on WeChat beforehand to explain check-in procedures and even provided helpful travel tips and attraction suggestions – very kind of her.

Overall, I like it here, very good location, convenient transportation, near restaurants, around there are many chic shops, spacious rooms, a lot of space, not uncomfortable, the amenities in the room are quite complete. It's easy to stay. A little sticking about cleanliness The floor of the room is sticky and there are some points that are not cleaned thoroughly. If adjusting this a little more It will be a very pleasant place to stay.
