Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect room… couldn’t fault it! Only problem I had was after coming back from the beach and going to shower, the water went cold. I had my brother check reception to let them know multiple times throughout an hour but nobody was there. I was left in a cold shower soaking wet with shampoo still in my hair for an hour waiting for some help. Rang the stayhere call line multiple times and no outcome. I had to finish having a cold shower. I was very angry at the time. We also had a guy knock on our door asking for 600dirhams in ‘city tax’. Trip.com were very helpful in this matter and refunded me the £49.

The room was spacious and the facilities were new. The quilt inside the room was not covered and there was no towel. It is best to remind in advance before check-in. When we checked in, the hotel could not find the reservation, but they still arranged for us to check in as soon as possible, and then communicated with the platform without delaying the check-in. It is the name of the hotel. The name at the gate is different from the actual hotel name, so it is more difficult to find.

The hotel is located in a very nice and convenient location. The staff members at the reception are really good, kind and helpfull. They always tried to meet the expectation and go beyond.
