LLea J.This place seriously blew me away. Located above Imago mall and styled like a high-end hotel, the room felt ultra-luxurious from the moment I walked in. Yes, it’s on the pricier side — but you can see and feel where the money goes.
Every detail screams premium: a Dyson hairdryer, thick and fluffy slippers, electronic blinds, touch-control lighting, and a stunning bathtub that instantly sets the mood for a relaxing stay. The design is sleek, modern, and Instagram-worthy in every corner.
What truly sets this place apart is the generosity in amenities. Instead of the standard small bottled water, they provide 1500ml drinking water, plus free-flow drinking water and soft drinks to enjoy anytime. Even the Starbucks cups added a classy, thoughtful touch that made the stay feel extra special.
On top of all that, parking is provided, making it incredibly convenient — especially with the mall right downstairs.

Some of the fixtures and fittings are worn, stained or a bit dirty; the apartment looked in need of some repairs. Overall a lovely big space and fine for a quick one night stop.

GGuest UserCorner lot unit, with veranda. 3 bedrooms with queen bed, one with a single bed. 2 toilets with water heater are super convenient for my friends and me. All rooms including living room equip with AC. Basic amenities for cooking. Thanks for the microwave & large fridge. Water dispenser is great, hot and cold water ready for drinks at any time. Easy access to the Imago Mall. Overall we had a great stay for a short reunion.

BbilessaeThe room was okay, but unfortunately we encountered some problems when checking in the hotel. The hotel staff provided us with the old passcode resulting to us having some difficulties when acquiring the keys to our room. The hotel management should have seen the updated check in instructions with the latest passcode for the keys. Also, there were several amenities missing out in the room especially tissues and also the place to hang our clothes was broken. Overall, the room was okay hut please improve for future booking.

AAnonymous UserThis is our family trip to Malaysia, and we have two elders and a baby with us. Considering the check-in time was 3 AM, we booked two days so we could enter early in the morning and rest. Honestly, when you’re traveling with family, you just do whatever is most convenient as long as it’s affordable. The apartment has a great location—literally 15–18 minutes from the airport. All the food spots and supermarkets are within walking distance. It’s just an all-around great package for a first-time visitor to the city.
It was easy to sign in at security and get access to the apartment. The elevator is a bit slow because there are many residents in the building, but it’s acceptable. Once we entered the room, the AC was already on—what a breeze to welcome us on arrival. The room was clean, everything tidy. There were even clear instructions in the shower on how to use the water heater, which made things a lot easier. My in-laws took a nice hot shower after a 3-hour flight delay, and it was such a relief.
Later in the day—maybe because of the red-eye flight and the massive delay—the fatigue kicked in. Plus, we’re not used to the humid and hot Malaysian weather. My father-in-law started having a fever. I had Tylenol and other medicines ready in the bag, but we clearly needed a plan B.
I reached out to the owner immediately. My father-in-law was feeling cold even after the fever subsided. The owner contacted his friend in the same building right away and got us an extra blanket.
Plan B was to cancel our driving trip to Mount Kinabalu the next day. Since my father-in-law was sick, having him in the car for a 2–3 hour drive wouldn’t help his rest. And if things got worse while we were up in the mountains, he wouldn’t get the medical attention he needed in the middle of nowhere. It was better to cancel and stay in the city. So naturally, if we could extend the room and let him rest another day, he might recover enough for us to continue the rest of the trip.
Unfortunately, the room was already booked for the next day. The owner told us we could book another room and he’d try to let us check in earlier to make the transition easier.
After we booked the new room, I believe he made some arrangements behind the scenes. He later texted us saying we could stay in the same room tomorrow—no room change needed.
I’m really thankful to such an understanding owner, someone who genuinely cares and makes the effort to help a random visitor like me. I told him I’d write down this positive experience to share with others. Hopefully, it brings him more business.

TThi Thao NhungThe host is super helpful. I checked in and found out there is water problem of the apt so they changed to our new place which bigger apt with 2 bedroom. They provide the new towels, water, tea and coffee everyday. I am more than happy with their service.

SSurianti binti Sendengthe wifi provided is very slow. i barely use the wifi cuz damn slow testing my patience. thankfully i have my own internet. but whats the point of buying airbnb and the rates are expensive for one night but the wifi is not usable?? what is TP-link? hello unifi? the rest is ok. just the wifi. and idk why the toilet is smelly? maybe the drainage.

MMar JakI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also convenient — close to restaurants and public transport. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

AAnonymous UserStayed there for 2 nights for less than 300myr per night. It was not a pleasant stay if i have to say, 3 points.
1. Cockroaches - Theres an infestation issue with small cockroaches everywhere even in between the bed and the wall, as you reach for the socket in between do be careful.
2. Simple amenities - you would think these are standards anywhere but itll inconvenience you when its not there. Hooks/racks in bathroom to hang anything. Few more sockets would be great. Not using all-in-1 soap would be great.
3. Washing machine - main reason i booked this, apparently the drying function is not working properly, even when i dried only 3 shirts, it was not dry after more than an hour being dried. IDK if im using it wrong as it was simple enough to understand i think but if i did do it wrong, then a simple instruction anywhere to use the machine would be great.
4. Not room related but the ELEVATOR sucks. 25 levels with at least 25-35 rooms each levels, and ONLY 4 lifts. Goodluck getting up or down in less than 30min waiting time.
