Holiday Apartments in George Town

There is a little bit of dust on the floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. But one of them do not have any window. It will be good if there is a window for the other room. Wonderful view from the main room. There is a beautiful sunset everyday from the main bedroom and balcony. The host is attentive eg. there are a variety of tv shows/retro games/board games in the room. Location is wonderful with many eating places nearby. It will be good if there are 2 access cards.

This was our family's first trip to Penang, and we booked this hotel apartment. Overall, it was a great experience. The unit offered excellent value for money, was very clean, and fully equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. Getting a taxi from downstairs was super convenient, which made getting around effortless. The kids had a fantastic time too, making it perfect for families. Penang during Chinese New Year was full of festive spirit and had a wonderful atmosphere. We'll definitely book here again on our next visit.

The room was clean and the host was friendly and accommodating. The space was very nice and sufficient for families with young children as well. The aircon was not too cold need to improve on that since the space is big and the windows are huge and direct sunlight comes in overall comfortable stay thankful for ZUS below the estate itself.

The hotel's location is excellent, about two kilometers from the city center. It's roughly a 10 MYR taxi ride to attractions like Mural Street and surrounding malls in the city center. Taxis to larger, more upscale malls would be around 20-30 MYR. Within a few hundred meters of the hotel, there are countless food stalls and durian stands, making it incredibly convenient for finding food. The hotel rooms are clean, but I found the beds to be a bit short; taller individuals might feel cramped. Overall, it's comparable to a Jinjiang Inn in China. The gym on the 36th floor offers a good experience, but the rooftop pool's water quality isn't great – it's really only suitable for taking photos and enjoying the panoramic views of Penang. This hotel is a good option for families on a budget who prioritize cleanliness and convenience.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this suite. The unit was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean throughout. The bed was extremely comfortable, with fresh and clean sheets that made our stay even more relaxing. It was fully equipped with all the essential amenities, including a hair dryer, iron, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, and even a washing machine — which made everything very convenient. The facilities were outstanding. There are several types of swimming pools, including a stunning infinity pool that offers a great view and relaxing atmosphere. The property also features a sauna room and a well-equipped gym, adding even more value to the overall experience. They also provided us with two parking spaces located conveniently near the elevator, which made it very easy for us to access the suite. The only minor downside is the parking entrance, as you need to drive up a spiral ramp until Level 10, which may feel a bit long for some drivers. On top of that, the price is very reasonable for what you get, especially considering the spacious suite and excellent facilities provided. The host was very responsive, friendly, and polite, ensuring smooth communication from start to finish. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The day before your arrival, the room service will message you about key collection. Just show your check-in confirmation to the security guard downstairs, ask them to open the door, and grab your key from the left. Customer service will send you a comprehensive document; make sure to read it carefully, as it's very well-organized. The building is disinfected daily, and the elevators are kept clean. There's a Starbucks and a convenience store right downstairs. I was on the 22nd floor, and the noise wasn't too noticeable. The view was also quite good, and the room rate was incredibly reasonable—much better than what I experienced in Guangzhou. Unless you're staying in a high-end four or five-star hotel, I'd definitely recommend this type of serviced apartment for travel. If you're considering guesthouses in George Town and have high expectations for your accommodation, I wouldn't really suggest them. The motorcycle noise there is beyond imagination, and since it's a heritage area, their sewage system is quite old. However, if you're not particular, it can offer a unique charm. Overall, everything was great. The residents here are very friendly, and I never had to wait long for the elevator, contrary to what some online reviews mentioned. My longest wait was never more than 30 seconds. A local driver told me that this is a newer area, so the location isn't ideal for tourists if you want to walk everywhere; you'll need to take a taxi unless you're driving. But I personally found it quite good. If you plan on exploring, you'll need to taxi to George Town daily, which is usually about a 15-minute ride, so that's a bit of a downside. Otherwise, I'd choose this type of travel accommodation over a four or five-star beachfront hotel. I had a spacious apartment all to myself, which was fantastic. These are all my thoughts, and I hope they help with your decision.

The pool is nice, but it's completely packed both morning and night. This entire commercial residential complex houses over a dozen hotels, all managed by the same company. They only handle key handover and deposit collection. For everything else, including the Wi-Fi password, you have to contact the booking website directly. We stayed for 8 days, and there was no cleaning service or linen change. We even had to ask the front desk for a rubbish bin; we had to do everything ourselves. We had to ask for every single item we needed. Waiting for the elevator was also a nightmare, taking over 20 minutes because there are only 4 lifts. After 10 AM, we'd wait for over 30 minutes, eventually having to use the staff elevator to get to the ground floor.

Thoughtful space with a suitable dining and living space for 7 pax comfortably. Proximity to different eateries and also gurney as well. It’s very convenient and price to value.

NO RECOMMEND! 1. Fan and aircond in the living room are very old. 2. Fan and aircond in the second room also quite old. 3&4 Blanket already torn but still provided for us to use. 5.First toilet got two shampoos, second toilet got one shampoo and one shower gel — how to wash body? Need to share or use shampoo as body wash. 6.Second toilet shower pipe leaking when using. 7. Washing machine cannot be used from third day. They said will come to fix, but need to wait long — end up have to bring clothes home to wash, LOL. 8. Saw baby cockroach inside the unit. 9. Power plug in the room is loose. 10.Toilet and room got no good smell. Also this, Not sure if you believe this — my cousin can see ghost. At night or sometimes in midnight, all of us smelled “bunga melati” (jasmine) scent. My cousin, who slept in bedroom 1, heard someone knocking the window loudly. After that, she slept in the living room instead. The smell came again, sometimes very strong and badly — all of us in the kitchen and living room could smell it. Quite creepy! Maybe because house besides the Hospital!
