AAnna KarreninaThe place is comfortable with many 24-hour stores near Tamarind Square. It's close to the Cyberjaya MRT station, making it easy to grab a ride. The TV had a slight issue, but it's fully equipped for cooking, has a beautiful view, and the bed is comfy with plenty of pillows.

GGuest UserHad a pleasant short stay in Sepang. The location is great — very convenient to Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and nearby the Kota Warisan area, making it perfect for business trips or short transit stays around the airport vicinity.
Check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was responsive throughout, which made the overall experience pleasant.
In terms of cleanliness, there is some room for improvement in housekeeping as the unit was slightly dusty, and there were some mould stains and smell in the toilet. However, considering the price paid, it was still reasonable overall.

GGuest UserThe neighborhood is mostly local residents, so there are no Chinese restaurants, which was a bit hard for me as I'm not used to the local food. Shopping is convenient though, with a mall and supermarket right downstairs. The hotel breakfast is delivered to the room, which I found a bit unusual, and the housekeeping wasn't up to par.

GGuest UserWhen I booked this room, I didn't realise it wasn't a hotel. Getting keys and code was very difficult because there was no reception and it's a self-check in. There is security to help.
It would have been easier if I could make phone calls or if I had WhatsApp. Eventually I was able to communicate via WeChat. The host was helpful and tried hard to help me given it was close to midnight by the time I was able to get into my room.
The suite was big with a good view. It's an older room with some broken facilities. I took a while to figure out how to make the hot water work and turn on the air conditioner. There's a separate little button to push near the light switches.
It was quite and I had a great sleep.
There were many restaurants close by but they're mostly Chinese food. It's a 15min walk to a local area and that's mostly Pakistani Muslim food. I was able to have Malaysian food at the airport on my flight out.

GGuest UserAs I am not familiar of KL transportation and it took my friend 45 mininutes to arrive there from KL International Airport. On the way back as i had difficulty to lock the mailbox to return the keys, it was very stressed as the Grab driver was waiting for me and they willl leave within 5 minutes from your order...as this homestay do not hv reception but only for your self check-in. On the way back to airport took 30 minutes...my local friend advised me better take train into the city and stay at city. cleaness is ok

SSul SakuraiOverall, not bad. The apartment is clean. There is a kettle, microwave, towels, hair dryer, TV and other amenities.
The kettle and refrigerator are tired) need to be fixed.
There are two swimming pools, and that's good.
It's not very convenient to go to the store, you have to go around the entire complex. But you can order delivery.
Detailed instructions are sent to WhatsApp. There were no difficulties.
The owner of the apartment is sociable.

CChris HaroldThe room was spacious and modern looking. The cleanliness there was not great due to dust and debris in the side of the sofa and also a few stains on the bed sheets. In the bathroom, there was 2 roaches and also the bidet holder was broken. The water heater also didnt work very well. Air cond was cold and nice. The location was great since it had a mall beside it and good food spots. The water kettle was a little but dirty. The lighting in the room is also very dark. To summarize, the hotel is a little bit dissapointing even though for a one day stay there but the only thing that kept its expectation is the very strategic location.

It is a condo accommodation in the Alanis project that does not have a front check-in. You have to check in by yourself. You have to try to contact the owner of the room before arriving at KLIA because you will not be able to know the check-in process. But the guard of this project is very helpful. If you can't contact the owner of the room, you can ask the security guard.
