Fantastic stay, good sized room in good location Staff are fantastic My only comment would be check in process is a bit of a faff and takes longer than needed if in a rush Would defo stay again

The hotel room is clean, very spacious (2 bedroom apartment) and equipped very well. Just outside of the train station and connected to two big shopping centers where you can eat out anything you possibly want and shop possibly you need. Also in between two shopping centers there is a popular fantastic night market on weekends. Staff are very friendly polite helpful and doing their best to accommodate your comfortable stay. Breakfast was great. I would definitely come back when I come back to Bangkok. We'd like to thank all hotel staff for their professional and wonderful hospitality during our stay. Hope to stay again. 🙏

The front desk and room service were excellent. My only disappointment was with a female restaurant staff member around 7 AM on July 25th. My family of three was sitting on the outdoor chairs downstairs, eating some bread – we weren't even occupying a table, just sitting for a few minutes to look up places to visit. This staff member immediately and forcefully told us to get up and that we weren't allowed to sit there. I tried to explain we'd only be a few minutes, but her attitude was very strong. Her behavior made me incredibly disappointed with the entire hotel. For a thousand-dollar-plus room, I expect better service!

Booked for me and my SO, the room is spacious, bathroom looked clean and nice but the toilet is on the side of the bed so can hear water flush during the night so might wanna take in consideration for light sleepers. The room had rotating TV for bedroom and living room so it’s prettty neat. Had little to none cooking utensils tho.

Overall, my stay here was quite good. The room was more spacious than I expected and looked just like the photos, which made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's surroundings also offer great amenities; there's a shopping mall, a 7-Eleven, and plenty of restaurants and snack shops nearby, making it super convenient for shopping or finding food. Considering the price and the quality of the accommodation, I'd say this hotel offers excellent value for money. It's really suitable for family trips or for guests looking for a longer stay of a few days. However, there are a couple of minor things to note. Occasionally, you might hear music from nearby shops at night, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Also, there are two ** stores near the hotel entrance. If you're sensitive to smells or particularly concerned about your immediate surroundings, it might be worth considering this beforehand. Despite these points, I would still recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located, has great amenities, and provides a comfortable stay – definitely a worthwhile option.

The hotel is located right in the heart of bustling Sukhumvit, just a short walk from Nana Station, making it a very convenient base for getting around Bangkok. However, the area is known for its vibrant nightlife, so expect noise from the streets until the early hours of the morning. I was travelling with my baby and, thankfully, we managed fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise. The room was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and matched the photos. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment and not worth the extra cost. You’re better off grabbing breakfast from one of the many nearby street food vendors or even 7-Eleven. What really stood out was the service from most of the staff in the restaurant. They were warm, kind, and very accommodating towards both my baby and me, which I truly appreciated. There were a couple of downsides. The housekeeper, Nuai, repeatedly moved or removed items from my room during servicing, which was inconvenient. I also had an unpleasant experience with one of the front desk staff (a male-looking female), who was quite inflexible when I requested an extra linen for the baby cot. She insisted there was a strict limit on the number of linens per room and was unwilling to help, which felt unnecessarily rigid. Overall, despite these minor issues, the stay was pleasant. If you’re looking for a hotel in a lively location with easy access to public transport and don’t mind the nightlife noise, it’s a decent option.

The room was spacious and clean, with complete amenities. Overall, I really liked it. My only minor complaint is that the pillow gave me a bit of a stiff neck. Everything else was perfectly fine. I would definitely come back to stay again! 😊

I really liked it! The room was clean and the staff were lovely and provided great service. The parking was a bit tight. The soundproofing in the room wasn't the best, but I could still sleep. I liked that the room was well-partitioned. Overall, it was great and I'd definitely stay again!

Air conditioning worked badly, it didnt cool down enough and the bedroom one had a timer and every hour turned off, we asked house keeping to fix it and they tried but the timer got activated again. The room space is good, the water was always warm even tho they mentioned it doesnt work 24/7. They have kitchenette but it was pointless as there wasnt cutterly, plates or even microwave, microwave was available downstairs. The gym was pretty bad and hot. The swimming pool was nice. BTS was close, 5 min walking but accessing there was dangerous because of the cars.

Overall, the experience was good, and the rooms were clean and pleasant. However, there were no room service notices, door hangers, or instructions provided in the room. All room cleaning and related services had to be requested through the front counter each day, which was somewhat inconvenient. In addition, only one key card was provided for a room with three occupants, which was highly inconvenient. On the last day of our stay, the room door was opened by housekeeping staff at approximately 9.00am, even though the official check-out time was 11.00am. The staff did not knock or announce themselves before entering. I found this inappropriate and a breach of privacy.
