Holiday Apartments in Chiang Mai

It was great. I stayed for 6 nights. Both Nimmanheimin and Santitham are within a 10-20 minute walk, so the location is excellent as you can enjoy both areas. Communication with the hotel staff via messages was smooth. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't as good as expected at night, with outdoor noises (planes, traffic, etc.) being quite noticeable, so I had to use earplugs. I think it would be even better if the accommodation provided disposable earplugs. Nevertheless, I still recommend it. Please keep this in mind if you plan to stay. Thank you.

The staff provided excellent service. I was personally very impressed with the accommodation, especially the single bed which felt warm and secure. It was clean and conveniently located close to the city, making it very easy to get around.

So the place itself is really nice, the apartment is beautiful, well maintained and there is everything one might need for a short stay. But there is a problem with the entrance, since its a condominium which doesn't welcome tourists for short term, the entrance is only with face ID possible. That makes the entrance quite awkward. Other than that, was no problems at all, the location is extremely convenient for the ones who fly from the airport, its very near, yet not very noisy.

This place is such a gem. Everything is brand new, super clean, and really well thought out. Big fridge in the room, plus a washing machine and microwave in the shared space, so handy for longer stays. The wooden furniture is beautiful and solid, the room layout is practical, and there’s plenty of space to feel comfortable. The bed is comfy with good linens, and the shower is great, okay water pressure and very hot. It’s quiet and peaceful, a perfect little retreat on the outskirts of Chiang Mai.

The accommodation was great! Everything was perfect. The room was clean, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were very kind and friendly. I will definitely come back to stay again if I have the opportunity. 😊

The hotel environment was quiet and comfortable, which was relaxing. However, I occasionally saw some ants on the walls, but fortunately the hotel quickly provided insecticide, and the problem was solved. The hotel staff were also very nice.

Very nice hotel snd staff .the hotel is well kept mostly I’ve used grab to get around it’s in expensive and have never had To wait more tha 5 minutes.the hotel has a room with hot water 24/7 and a microwave so you can make coffee or heat something up . Which for a budget traveler is great very close to fresh cooked thai food gourmet coffee  and delicious street food and plenty of of 7/11 I will stay here again and recommend to anyone I know coming to Chiangmai.

The room is very good, very spacious, the air conditioner is cool, the bed is soft, and you can open your bag.

I had a great stay at Sleep Pop CMU. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent, especially if you're visiting Chiang Mai University. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Sleep Pop CMU to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in Chiang Mai. I would happily stay here again.

The self check-in was great, I liked that. My room didn't have a window, but I was actually fine with that because it meant I could make some noise. I need to record for work, so it actually worked out well for me. If that's not your case, then consider that there's absolutely no soundproofing. Oh, and by the way, book a bigger room on the 4th floor – those have windows!
