A magnificent hotel with incredibly friendly staff, all ready to help you. The rooms are large and spacious, and they all have balconies. There's a stunning rooftop pool with a gorgeous sea view. There's also a gym and a sauna, though the sauna wasn't working during our stay.

We returned to Arden Hotel and Residence Pattaya this year, bringing our super good friends along for a vacation. Our return stay felt just like coming home – full of happiness and enjoyment! Our friends absolutely fell in love with the place as soon as they checked in! We even recommended it to our relatives and friends in Pattaya, encouraging them to stay and enjoy the atmosphere with us! Five-star recommendation! We booked the two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom supreme sea-view suite. The space was incredibly large, and having two bathrooms was super convenient for traveling with friends – no fighting over the shower! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views that were absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient, close to dining and shopping. The rooftop pool is also very picturesque. It’s perfect for both family trips and friends traveling together. We were very satisfied with our stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Pattaya!

The location is fantastic, just 200 meters from the beach. Our room had a balcony with a stunning sea view, which immediately impressed us so much that we extended our stay by a day. It's a two-room unit that can accommodate four people and even has a basic kitchen. The only minor downside was that check-in was a bit cumbersome, but overall, it offers great value for money.

A great Airbnb-style apartment rental experience, excellent value for money. Initially, I didn't realize it was an Airbnb-style apartment until after I booked. However, the overall experience exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was the check-in coordination: I arrived in Pattaya at 9 AM, and the original check-in time was 3 PM. After contacting the staff, they went out of their way to help, and I was able to get into my room by 2 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room itself was clean and hygienic, and the mattress was just right – I slept very comfortably. The apartment complex itself seemed a bit complex, but the surrounding amenities were incredibly convenient – there are convenience stores on both sides of the entrance, and it’s a short walk to Central Festival shopping mall and the beach. You won't have to worry about food or shopping at all. The common areas include a laundry room, gym equipment, and dryers. While the rooftop pool's water was a little murky, the view was absolutely stunning, overlooking the city and the sea – perfect for photos. Overall, the minor drawbacks were outweighed by the positives. I would consider booking here again on my next trip to Pattaya, especially recommending it to travelers who enjoy self-sufficiency and convenience.

The apartment was nice and clean, and the condo was wonderful too. I liked everything, except the pool, which is very large and a bit shallow. The maximum depth is 120 cm, but that's including the sides; the actual water level is about 1 meter.

The lighting in all the rooms was a bit dim. The shower door was stuck and couldn't slide open. There was no soap and no drinking water provided. The air conditioning worked well. The location is great, very close to the beach and convenient for travel. It's also near a 7-Eleven and many food options.

The hotel is good, it was clean, the air conditioning and TV (there is a smart TV) are new, the Wi-Fi in the room is normal, there is a smoking area, the room also has a kettle and a refrigerator, two bottles of water and coffee are given per day, in general everything is great, the price is also nice.

The biggest feature of the room is the infinity pool on the top floor, which overlooks the entire Pattaya and the beach. The view is very wide, and the view of the sunset is unbeatable. The room is big enough for couple and with complete amenities inside the room. Thr pool is amazing though we didn't had the chance to use it. The hassle only was the check in, because the details wasn't complete about which tower or room no and floor. And can't understand English. But the location was great. Lots of street foods and bars and just in front of the beach. Easy access in everyday needs specially when you rent motorcycle it's more convenient for 300Batts a day. Wonderful experienced on my pre birthday celebration. Thank you.
