Holiday Apartments in Istanbul

Staying at Taksim Blue with my family was a truly pleasant and unforgettable experience! The hotel exceeded our expectations – the rooms were clean, spacious, and bright, with excellent facilities, making for a very comfortable stay. What touched us most wasn't just the hotel's amenities, but the warmth and friendliness of the owner and staff. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly helpful, making us feel less like hotel guests and more like we were visiting friends. The hotel is located in Istanbul's Old City, surrounded by charming old streets and alleys. While some paths were a bit steep, it gave us a wonderful opportunity to immerse ourselves in local life and experience Istanbul's unique culture and atmosphere. Our first stay was so satisfying that after traveling to other cities, we deliberately chose Taksim Blue again for our return to Istanbul. Both stays lasted about a week each, and the entire experience was delightful. The service and overall experience far exceeded what we paid. A huge thank you to the owner and all the staff at Taksim Blue! If you're coming to Istanbul and want a comfortable, worry-free stay while also experiencing local life and culture, I highly recommend this hotel. I'm confident you'll love it as much as we did.

The room was great, with two small balconies. It felt like it was right in the old town. The main thing is that the owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, truly exceptionally hospitable. I'm not sure what those reviews complaining about the owner's attitude were talking about! The location is also easy to find, but I recommend searching for 'Berce Hotel' rather than using the map provided by Ctrip, as it has an error of about 100 meters.

Airport Residence Hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for travelers. Parking is easy and hassle-free, which is a big plus. The hotel is also close to a mini mart, a mosque, and several affordable halal restaurants, making it very convenient for daily needs. Overall, a practical and comfortable place to stay, especially for short trips or transit stays.

I chose this hotel for a business trip in the morning, and it offered good value for money at the time. Its location is super convenient, with a metro station and bus stop nearby. There's also a park, a mosque, and plenty of dining options, essentially putting you in the heart of a bustling area. The price was also affordable. Many out-of-towners stay in the Taksim area, so it felt relatively safe, especially for a solo traveler. It was very convenient for visiting clients and exploring. Plus, it's right next to a tourist attraction area. So, the main advantages are convenience and the abundance of restaurants. The only downside is that the room was quite small. I stayed for 7 nights, and the room was tiny and not soundproof. If there are still many people out and about after 10 PM, it does provide a sense of security. Overall, it's good value for money.

Great appartments, wonderful facilities around the hotel compound. Found the cleaning staff in particular to be very helpful and friendly, specifically Sebahat and Nurgyl. When I noticed that the bedroom window was a little dusty they very cheerfully went and got everything needed to clean the windows there and then and they did it with a smile. Lovely to see and thank you!

The hotel is easy to find and when it comes to cleanliness I would say the rate is 6/10 . I can’t recommend to my friends as well.

Love to say…. It was the best vacation in Istanbul thanks to our stay at Westside Residences by Rotana…. We booked a family apartment with them which consisted of a kitchen, dining area, a living room and two separate bedrooms.. The rooms were clean and spacious.. The best thing was the views… They were breathtaking… They had a large variety for breakfast as initially we were worried if the kids would like anything.. The kids enjoyed the food… The manager who managed the breakfast was ever so polite and helpful.. It’s close to main locations in Istanbul… Another plus point was Westside Residences by Rotana is opposite the The Mall of Istanbul which was convenient when it came to shopping… This hotel has an underground parking for your car which is managed by CCTV.. We would love to go back to Westside Rotana once again! Would highly recommend this hotel especially for families…

We specifically booked a room with a balcony, but upon arrival, we were told our room was already taken. We had to ask about the price difference between what we paid for and what we got, and in the end, we couldn't resolve it; no one was willing to refund the difference on their own. We had to go to the administrator to get toilet paper. We asked for a kettle and were refused. The faucet in the bathroom is coming loose from the sink, and the water pressure is sometimes unstable. The bed had hair on it when we checked in. The window in the room works very strangely, but perhaps that's normal for windows in Turkey. On the positive side, the administrator helped us find open pharmacies at night, and you can leave your luggage if you have a late flight. There's an iron in the room. It was quite cold at night, even though the radiators were on.

A whole 3/5 place to stay. + the location is quite good, lots of cafes around, good shopping there, great food places not far and of course Galata Tour 5min from the apartments though it’s actually really hard to find the apartments because it’s located behind a restaurant where you need to go down the steep hill (so be careful if you have heavy luggage like we did) + price is okay - extremely hard to contact the reception, no one answered to the phone calls and it took a lot of time for them to answer in chat (like several hours). that was super frustrating because it was cold and raining that day and we were extremely tired from the long plane ride - the room wasn’t that clean, lots of dust - there was an air conditioner but there wasn’t any remote control - they left just one roll of toilet paper for 5 days for 3 people - no trash bags left too - really old furniture. it was kinda uncomfortable to sleep because one side of the bed was too loose overall it was not that bad because we didn’t spend much time indoors but i also can’t say that it was pleasant to stay there

My room was on the 2nd floor, and I naturally carried my luggage up the stairs myself, without an elevator. The location of the hotel is excellent. Everything was working in the room. But it was very dusty, dirty, and there was a man's hair in the sink. I do not know if they cleaned up after the last guest, if they changed the bed. Every 2-3 minutes, a fire alarm goes off, which keeps you awake. I didn't catch Wi-Fi in the room. But I was at the reception. You can spend the night, but not very pleasant conditions.
