YYufenggoThe location of the apartment is about 10 minutes by taxi from the beach. The facilities are complete, the staff is warm, the surrounding living facilities are also very convenient, the overall experience is good, the only flaw is the transformation, there is no kettle and drying rack, and the others are very satisfied.

GGuest UserEasy check in. Manager and staff friendly and accommodating. Clean property. Cozy feel. Great amenities, loved there were beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Daily service was great. Beach so close! We will definitely be back.

GGuest UserRocketstay is awful. Pain to use, slow, cumbersome, check in extraordinarily late so they can charge extra to check in early, extremely early check out. This place was advertised at $130/night, and at the end of the rocketstay fees it was $200/night. Not worth it.

GGuest UserThe place was solid and had most of everything we needed. The service to get in touch with the hosts was absolutely inefficient and complicated. Airbnbs and other apps have way more streamlined communications. I asked several times for check-in information early so that my group could be in the know before but they refused to send unit information (only minutes before check-in). This is complicated when you have a group traveling from different parts at different times, and I was unavailable at that time. We also didn't see any access to drinking water at the unit. The only time they were swift to respond was when I asked if I could have an extra hour for check-out, which they declined. The place was nice & comfortable; the location was great. But the service and communication experience (at least through third party vs. direct owner) was uneasy.

GGuest UserNever was told that reception closed and reopen until 8:30am, so if you need to check out nobody knows that the room was in good conditions afyer you leave, and you will not be charged for anything.
Never told that breakfast was in a different place than the Hotel like a mile and a half away and if you don’t have car gotta walk or order an uber. The girls at reception weren’t e but need to let customers know this very important details.
