There are 6 stairs and two landings and 6 more stairs for a total of 14 stairs. I always carry my guests luggage up the stairs at age 65 I still do 20,000 steps per day, so it's not a issue. The apartment has a bedroom terrace with a beautiful view of the flora here. We are a beautiful nature preserve, with nature trails and beautiful scenery all around. it's quiet and peaceful here with gated security. It's like living in the country but only 2 miles from shopping and restaurants. There's a community swimming pool and Coto Valley Country Club has a brand new wonderful restaurant that's within walking distance.
