It has a private entrance with *kitchenette* (suitable for light cooking), living room, two bedrooms, & one bathroom. The kitchenette has an apartment size refrigerator, small sink, microwave, large toaster oven, small hotplate, & basic kitchen items (pot, pan, plates, drinking glasses, wine glasses, utensils, tea pot). There is also a coffee/tea station - Drip coffee pot.Make sure you don't forget to bring your beach towels & sunscreen!Bedroom #1 has a king bed with dresser, TV with streaming capability, and small sofa. This room is to the right when you enter.Bedroom #2 is connected to the bathroom with comfy queen bed, dresser, and two large closets. Located to the right of the kitchenette.The bathroom is accessible through the hallway AND queen bedroom.***Please turn the bathroom fan off when not in use.***The living room has a large sectional sofa & chair for lounging and 50" Smart TV with streaming capabilities through Roku.You’ll find some beach chairs in the closet to the left of the master bedroom.Please Read: **This home is a duplex style layout and this rental is located on the first story/ground level of the complex.
