This private one bedroom unit is the perfect quiet, country getaway with a beautiful sunrise for all seasons. The property is located right in the heart of Loudoun's Wine Country. A cozy one bedroom suite that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The suite includes 1 bedroom (king bed), living area (with queen sleep sofa), fully equipped kitchen, and 1 full bath with heated floors. The suite is attached to the primary residence, however, you will have sole access to the single point of entry into the suite. The host will be available as much or as little as you need!Amenities include Keurig coffee maker (with K-cups and creamer/sugar), smart TV, wifi, private entrance, and washer/dryer. Also included are bath towels, laundry detergent, bottled water, and light snacks. Guests are welcome to enjoy the views of the rolling pastures on the suite's private patio. Enjoy the spa-like bathroom with luxurious heated flooring. Relax and unwind in the spacious shower with rain shower head. We have extra toiletries should you find that you need some for your stay. We are located close to local wineries, such as Stone Tower Winery, Three Creeks, and The Barns. Lovely and recently renovated apartment! The downstairs is a lovely open floor plan. Cozy but classy and we have a full working kitchen in there as well which is an open space to the living roon. Sink, stove, oven etc. Pots and pans and everything in the kitchen is for you to use if you would like! We try to leave our guests fresh eggs from the chickens and organic produce when available. Upstairs is a cozy loft with a nice bed. Free wifi included and there is netflix and hulu available to you as well. The shared space that is closer to our home (backyard) is the firepit and grill which you are welcome to use and enjoy the views while you are at it. You will be on a farm- we have free range chickens and turkeys that wander around the farm most of the time and lots of horses in view! Come and relax at this idyllic farm location. Pam and Rob have created a warm and inviting space, perfect for both short getaways and extended stays.The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay in the countryside. High quality linens, and a beautiful Serta mattress on the main bed, this studio apartment is surrounded by rural charm, whilst only being 5 minutes drive from downtown Middleburg and less than 10 minutes door to door to the world famous Salamander Resort and Spa. Inside the studio, you will find a queen bed and queen sized pull out sofa bed. A kitchenette complete with under-counter fridge/freezer, microwave, hotplate and the all important coffee machine as well as dishware, silverware and light cooking utensils.The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a built-in shower seat. There are modest toiletries for guests to use, as well as a hairdryer. As beautiful as this studio is, the reason for visiting this area is to be outside! The farm is located within Loudoun County, a destination for wine, beer and food enthusiasts. Minutes from award winning wineries (Pam's all-time favourite bubbly, Greenhill Winery's Blanc de Blanc, can be found just a few minutes drive from the farm). Staying closer to this home away from home is also an option, with over 13 acres of property, including an awe-inspiring 2 acre market garden where Pam and her team grow beautiful, organic, seasonal vegetables. The farm has chickens and sheep year-round, as well as pigs and turkeys seasonally. The farm offers a map with self-guided tour options to show yourself around and see what's growing in Northern Virginia at the time of your stay. Enjoy the views from the window in the studio (which is located up 1 flight of stairs), you may see deer, turkeys and the occasional fox, hopefully no where near Pam's chickens...Let your hosts Pam and Rob make your trip even more special, the farm has fresh eggs for sale as well as in-season vegetables.
