Located in historic downtown Madison, IN, the property is just one block from Main Street, and two blocks from the Ohio riverfront. You are 5 minutes to Clifty Falls State Park and 9 minutes from the Hospital and upper Madison area as well.THE AREA-This is an apartment located on a fairly busy street.There will be road noise and everyday city noise. -This is a 2 apartment home and does have a full time renter as well in the front apartment.-Please keep these in mind when bookingTHE SPACEThis apartment is part of a historical home built in 1891. The apartment has one full bathroom suite that also includes a kitchenette. The bedroom features a king size bed, as well as a futon. The bathroom features a tub/shower, sink, water closet, and washer & dryer units.GUEST ACCESSThere is a small alley/sidewalk that leads from the street to the back of the home where the apartment is located. The door has an electronic lock with a code you will receive upon checking in.Other things to note:-The Laundry facilities are available to use, however we ask that you do not run any loads (must be finished and not running) after 9pm.-This apartment is located within the busiest parts of the City.
