YYudianjiujiuHotel hardware is very good, microwave bowls, knives and forks are all equipped, the reservation party Trip.com is not very powerful. I went to the front desk and said that I didn't find the reservation. I didn't answer the phone. I waited for most of the day. I missed the good time to watch the sunset. The name of the hotel and the actual name of the hotel hotel arya have a discrepancy. Didn't find it

The two brothers at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
The rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is no problem with the service. The most important thing is the location of the hotel, which is really convenient for downtown Miami, and there are many options for ordering. Miami is not a big place. You can go anywhere you want within 20 dollars by taxi.
I especially like the decoration style of the room, and the lobby is also very artistic. highly recommended. Will consider staying next time.

I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

ZzhyuhongOverall it is ok. It seems to be safe, free parking, free laundry, and the management staff is very enthusiastic after contacting. The problem is: 1. We went to the kitchen, but the kitchen utensils were extremely limited. 2. There is no front desk, and the check-in instructions are not sent in advance. It took a long time to arrive. 3. The mattress is too soft and a bit cheap. 4. The management does not speak English, and the communication is a bit difficult. All customer service or solved!

AAM - HtlMy stay was comfortable and stress-free. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The bed was soft and gave me a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
