The trendy wallpaper is a huge hit with our guests! We constantly get compliments on the mattresses we provide - the Zinus memory foam mattress is the most recommended mattress by short term rental hosts. - The 2nd bedroom also has a queen sized, memory foam mattress. There is also a dresser and large closet for storage or hanging clothes. - The 3rd bedroom is a pass-through bedroom. This means you need to go through bedroom #2 to enter. This bedroom has a full-size Murphy Bed (memory foam mattress, of course!). The murphy bed allows guests to fold the bed into the closet when not in use for additional space. The stylish décor turned this into one of our favorite rooms in the unit! ★★LIVING AREA★★-Enjoy lounging on comfortable couches as you watch your favorite shows on our Smart TV. If there is an obvious smoke smell, a charge of $300 will be passed onto the guest who booked. No pets, sorry. The upper unit is also listed as a short term rental. This means there will be guests/tenants upstairs. Some foot noise may be heard from above. My family of 4 lived in the lower unit and it never impacted our sleep or livability!
