Our stay at Hannah’s House was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The refreshing complimentary drinks were such a thoughtful gesture after a long journey. The receptionist was incredibly kind and attentive—she carefully explained everything about our room, gave us excellent tips for visiting the Ancient Town, and recommended some fantastic local restaurants. Her warm hospitality made us feel at home immediately. The hotel itself is spotless. Both our room and all the common areas were exceptionally clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and despite being just a short walk from the Old Town, the area was surprisingly peaceful at night, allowing us to sleep perfectly. The location couldn't be better. Within just a few minutes' walk, we reached the Ancient Town, the night market, countless cafés, and restaurants, yet the hotel remained a quiet retreat away from the crowds. Thank you to the entire Hannah’s House team for making our stay so memorable. Your kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. If we ever return to Hoi An, there is no doubt that we will stay here again. Highly recommended!

Cozy hotel with very helpful staff! Daily cleaning. The location is great – just a 7-minute walk to the beach, with bars, restaurants, and coffee shops all around. The room felt like an apartment, complete with a washing machine, stove, and dishes. Plus, we had a sea view from the window! The sunrises were absolutely incredible ♥️

The hotel's location is pretty good, with convenient transportation and plenty of food options nearby. There are also many convenience stores within a one or two-minute walk. It's a self check-in system; you receive a code and can enter and exit the hotel independently. The hotel seems newly renovated, as all the facilities are modern and well-equipped, including a washing machine and a refrigerator.

This hotel is relatively new, so the interior is modern. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. After checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage until 6 PM, and they happily accommodated my request. The location is excellent; you can walk to the beach. The room had a washing machine and even laundry detergent. There are also many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. If I had to pick one minor issue, the air conditioner had a slight musty smell, but when I mentioned it, they said they would clean it that day, so I assume it's already resolved. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Da Nang in the future.

A total honest review!! I got into DaNang late 11pm. I only booked this hotel for one night as my main destination was Hoi A but at 11pm I did not want to head to Hoi A that late. It was a $4USD Grab ride from Airport. You theoretically could walk it if your able bodied but since it was late and in a new area I’ve never visited I took the Grab. The door was locked, which is great the secure the building after 10pm but they knew I was arriving late as I messaged them prior. I rang the bell and was greeted my the most friendly worker ever. She checked me in, wouldn’t even let me roll my bag to the room and the room was all ready for me including having the AC on. The room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom was a large wet room as in toilet, sink, and shower all together. They had a spray and rainfall shower. It came with amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton swaps, and something else but I forgot. My room was like an apartment with a sink and dish soap, tea kettle, tea, bottled water, and a mini refrigerator. It also has a cute two person sitting area. Here is where people might not like it though. The bed was very hard. Now, I love a hard bed over a soft so I slept great but if you do not like a hard bed you might not like this. It did not deter me. They have a coffee house on floor 6 but I did not use it. When checking out this morning it was simple and were willing to hold my luggage as I spent the day in DaNang. I would stay here anytime I would come to DaNang. It is by the airport, like I said, so to get to Dragon Bridge, Han Market, My Khe Beach you really would have to Grab it but the MAX it would be is $5USD. 100% recommend as a solo traveler who has been to over 50 countries.

Great aparthotel! The room was clean, modern, and very cozy. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The staff were polite and always ready to help. Convenient location with shops, cafes, and transport nearby. I was very satisfied and would gladly stay here again!

A very cozy little villa by the road with its own private balcony, a swimming pool, and a garden. Bicycles are always available for guests to use. Just a short walk away, there's a local convenience store where you can buy food. There are security cameras in the villa's hallways, and the main gate has a keyless entry lock. Each room requires a separate key card for access, so security is excellent. The hostess is also super warm and friendly! 🥰 Highly recommend staying here.

I'm a girl and stayed here for about a week. Considering it's a capsule hostel, I really liked everything. The common room is very beautiful. There's a refrigerator, air conditioning, fans, chairs, tables, dishes, and everything you need. Kettle, microwave, fresh water from the filter. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. The shower and toilet are sometimes dirty by residents, but they are cleaned promptly, so everything is fine. There is also shampoo, soap, shower gel. I felt comfortable in the capsule bedroom itself. The bedding was clean, and there were no bedbugs or insects! The capsule includes bed linens, two power outlets, and a small lamp. The curtains are very thick and block out light, making it comfortable to sleep at any time or be alone. There is a small, inexpensive store right next to the hotel (1,5 meters away) if you need snacks, food, or essentials. Of all the hostels, this one is a worthy example! I recommend this place. And if necessary, I will come back here again.

Our apartment is located inside Signature M Hotel. Our 2bedroom suite with kitchenette was big, spacious & clean. Air-conditioning was good & strong. Room came with 2 extra standing fans, if needed. The staff who managed the room (Nhu) was excellent! Always checking in via WA if we needed anything, especially housekeeping. Nhu even gave a complimentary pick up from Airport when we arrived (as we stayed for 6 nights) When I booked the room, booking indicated as Room 1605, so I assumed it would be 16th floor, but somehow we ended in room 705 on level 7, which was ok. Just wanted a higher view of ocean. Three times hotel staff knocked on our door. First 2 times for fire alarm checking & then 3rd time, said wrong door knocked. Certainly fishy cos never before fire alarm checks were done everyday. So was suspicious but I let 1 staff in to check only once, in our presence. Outdoor pool (across the road) can be used but it was too cold as we came during their winter season. Other facilities like Game Room, Gym only to be used for Signature M Hotel Guests. Overall, excellent stay & will definitely come back again as the location is near to airport (20mins away), near to Han Market & shopping places

adly, the second night was nothing short of awful. The room itself was actually very nice, but it shared a wall with a shop next door. The shop was closed, but for some reason every light was left on overnight. Normally that wouldn’t matter, except one entire wall of the room was made of glass, looking directly into the shop. The light poured through into the room, making it brighter than having the room lights switched on. Unless you enjoy sleeping under what felt like a 1,000-watt spotlight, it was impossible to get any proper rest. Like most people, my partner and I prefer to sleep in the dark. Unfortunately, the curtains only covered about half of the glass wall, so blocking out the light wasn’t an option. We tried calling the 24-hour support line several times, but no one answered. We also contacted them through the Trip app and via WhatsApp. The WhatsApp messages were read but ignored, and the Trip app didn’t receive a response until the early hours of the morning, far too late to be of any help. In the end, I didn’t manage to fall asleep until around 5 a.m., when the lights in the shop finally went off. To make matters worse, there was no apology, no offer to discuss what had happened, and certainly no offer of any compensation or refund for the completely sleepless night. At checkout, the only thing we were asked was to pay for a bottle of water. It’s a real shame because the room itself was actually pretty good. Had someone simply responded and dealt with the issue, this could have been a very different review. Sadly, a hotel is ultimately somewhere you’re supposed to sleep—and on our second night, that proved impossible.
