Amanaki Hotel

We have just returned from a wonderful vacation in Samoa where we stayed at the Amanaki Hotel in Apia. Before we arrived the customer service was standout good, even organising a shutte transfer for us which was added to our room account. We chose a room on the 3rd floor which gave us a lovely view of the pool and out to the harbour and port. Breakfast was complimentary including eggs cooked how you like them. They also make a decent coffee and you can have a full cooked breakfast (chargeable) if you chose. We had a bit of a mix up with our first rental company and the lovely reception girl recommended another company who sorted us out in less than half and hour. The hotel is very popular with locals and visitors alike and gets very busy in the evenings. The bar and restaurant staff are wonderful, attentive and great hosts for the Hotel, stand out mentions here Rimoni, Margret and Meroo (hope that is spelled correctly). They really made our stay for us. The meals were delicious - go for fresh caught Mahimahi if it is on the menu, we were also lucky enough to get a delicious Crayfish mornay on the special board one night. The grounds are so pretty and very well maintained, the pool is lovely and we had it to ourselves most days. We highly recommend The Amanaki Hotel and will definitely be back on our next trip.

Love our stay at Amanaki! Location was awesome, our room was spacious and clean, friendly staffs, basic breakfast but still delicious Located in the beautiful part of Apia town. Just one negative, is that the room need some sort of blinds as the glass sliding door/window is see through from the outside Thanks Amanaki, well definitely stay at your hotel again 😊

Such a lovely place to stay in Apia. It was relaxed, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were spotless, the beds really comfy, and the pool was the perfect place to cool off, often with no one else around. The kids loved it. Reception staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, and made-to-order eggs. We’d happily come back for another stay.

Loved our stay! Staff are amazing! Comfy bed and spacious room so close to the pool which is also amazing and so clean! Breakfast was amazing and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend.

What a delightful, understated hotel to stay in Apia. The staff were excellent, the rooms were super clean, and the pool a lovely spot to spend some time and escape the afternoon heat. Verde and Spencer were always smiling and helpful in reception, as were all of the staff that we met. Beds were comfortable, water pressure good, and even though the country was experiencing electricity issues at the time of our visit, it was not noticeable at the hotel (the aircon was still doing its thing). I would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel handy location. Good restaurant and short walk to other fantastic restaurants. Very pleasant staff. Nice rooms great pool. Little maintenance would help on wooden doors in bathroom water has soaked up them on ours and friends and room smell musty on entry. Covered by room spray after each clean but hits you on entry

Great place to stay, clean basic rooms, nice pool and good food and drinks at the restaurant. One suggested improvement is brighter walkways and back carpark, other than that, very good!

First and foremost I was not originally booked into this resort, but I'm so glad my plans changed and I found this piece of paradise in Samoa. I think the thing that will stand out for me the most is the staff. Management don't change a thing they are truly amazing and I've loved every minute of my 8 days here at Amanaki. Thank you from the bottom of my heart a truly memorable experience in your beautiful country. Would recommend your resort to anyone I know whose thinking of coming to Samoa.

After an overnight flight from Brisbane we arrived in Apia at 6am. The hotel shuttle from the Amanaki Hotel (chargeable) was already waiting for us at the airport. We arrived at our hotel, which is only separated from the sea by a not busy road, just in time for breakfast, and were given a very warm welcome. We only booked this hotel for a few nights to explore Apia and the surrounding area, then we continued to the paradisiacal south of the island of Upolu. When we had finished the delicious breakfast, we were informed that our room was ready, which was a great benefit after the overnight flight from Australia. The entire complex and the pool area made a very well-kept impression. Our room was functionally furnished, very spacious and had a nice terrace with direct access to the pool area. Since there were no elevators, we were very happy with a room on the ground floor. We used WiFi in the room for a fee. Breakfast was served at Amanaki Restaurant. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the center of Apia. The cleanliness of the hotel, the beautiful pool in front of our terrace for a morning swim in the cool water and the super friendly staff convinced us. An amazing hotel to spend a few days in Apia !!
