Cute room, modern style. Self check in. Plenty parking

Did not receive any confirmation email on the check-in details. Arrived during the check-in period (2-5pm), yet there was no one at the front desk to facilitate and no one picked up the phone with the numbers they provided. Did not manage to check in at all. Highly NOT Recommend this place as there are much better alternatives.

 we ordered two night and same room type separately,the motel knows we are stay two night but still need we check out and check in again. the lock is useless and suddenly a man (after that, they said this is room service) come in was we still in the room.

It is owned by Chinese people. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, so it is very convenient to eat Chinese food. It is a standard motel model, but the rooms are small, which is worse than other regular western motels, and closer to domestic express hotels. The price-performance ratio is average.

How can I say this? ! I found out that I had booked a duplicate room the next day. I sent an email to communicate, but the landlord refused to refund me. The Chinese food downstairs is about the same level as foreign Chinese food, which is equivalent to a box lunch for 150 RMB.
